La sensazione che hai quando ci scambi due parole è che "farà di tutto per risolvere il problema", senti che sei nel posto giusto. Professionale, onesto e estremamente preciso. Il nostro problema sono state delle infiltrazioni che LAIKA, con i suoi 6 anni di garanzia contro le infiltrazioni, non è riuscita a risolvere...nemmeno quando hanno ritirato il camper e tenuto in sede toscana per oltre 2 mesi. A garanzia scaduta ci siamo rivolti a Ricambicaravan e abbiamo subito capito che Bogdan avrebbe fatto di tutto per risolvere questo annoso problema. Abbiamo lasciato 2 settimane sotto la pioggia il nostro camper dopo la riparazione ad opera di Bogdan e...finalmente...per la prima volta dentro il camper non c'era nemmeno un goccio d'acqua (l'ultima volta scendeva a catinelle tant'è che avevo posizionato due bacinelle sui sedili). Mi riservo di riscrivere tra qualche mese ma sono sicura che confermerò quanto scritto finora! Bogdan... un vero Signore!!! Io al posto suo avrei sputato fuoco sul lavoraccio fatto dai grandi colleghi Laika ma lui ha solo pensato a risolvere il problema. Scusate la lungaggine ma non sarebbero bastate due parole! Bogdan is like those doctors who do that job for a true vocation and not to get rich !!! The feeling you get when you talk to us is that "he will do everything to solve the problem", you feel that you are in the right place. Professional, honest and extremely accurate. Our problem was infiltrations that LAIKA, with its 6-year guarantee against infiltrations, was unable to solve ... not even when they collected the camper and kept it in Tuscany for over 2 months. When the warranty expired, we turned to Ricambicaravan and we immediately understood that Bogdan would do everything to solve this age-old problem. We left our camper for 2 weeks in the rain after the repair by Bogdan and ... finally ... for the first time there was not even a drop of water inside the camper (the last time it was pouring down so much so that I had placed two basins on the seats). I reserve the right to rewrite in a few months but I'm sure I will confirm what has been written so far! Bogdan ... a true Lord !!! In his place I would have breathed fire on the hard work done by the great Laika colleagues but he only thought about solving the problem. Sorry for the length of time but two words would not have been enough!

v	vale&ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio con tutto il cuore BOGDAN che si è reso disponibile nel venire con noi a valutare un camper in vendita da un privato ,al quale io e la mia famiglia volevamo comprare con i nostri risparmi,lui si è reso disponibile a fare rilievi delle infiltrazioni ecc...noi siamo partiti da biella entusiasti perché ci sembrava un camper apposto con la sua esperienza e professionalità ci ha fatto capire che il camper era un disastro pieno di infiltrazioni grazie ancora sei stato un signore gentile e onesto,io consiglio a tutti di recarvi da lui, se ne trovano veramente poche persone come lui grazie mille .
