Mi sono recato presso il negozio facendo presente che sicuramente il bullone sarà uscito difettoso essendo lo stesso un 10.9 e per tutto risposta il proprietario mi ha detto che nn è possibile cercando di aggirare il problema ed offrendomi 5 euro di sconto sul pezzo nuovo oppure mi ha detto prendi un ingegnere fai una relazione e poi mi fai causa. Per 30 euro nn ne vale la pena ma é bene sapere che su qualsiasi cosa uno acquista ha diritto alla garanzia per difetti di costruzione.
I bought a belt tensioner and after less than two months the bolt broke. I went to the shop pointing out that surely the bolt will have come out defective being the same as a 10.9 and in response the owner told me that it is not possible to try to get around the problem and offer me 5 euro discount on the new piece or he said get an engineer make a report and then you sue me. For 30 euros it is not worth it but it is good to know that on anything one buys is entitled to a guarantee for construction defects.
