Il giorno 26 Maggio 2021sono stato contattato dalla Fordstar via Salaria (Roma) per un tagliando effettuato prima di un viaggio per una spesa di 338,00 € (cambio di tutti i filtri). Il 31 Maggio 2021, mentre circolavo a Cerignola (FG) si accendono due spie e sul display appare la scritta : "MOTORE RIPARARE SUBITO". Quindi ho chiamato immediatamente la Fordstar di Roma e (senza consultare il meccanico) mi è stato risposto che non era nulla. Persistendo il problema mi sono recato nell'officina autorizzata Ford ➖Carpinelli➖ e l'esperto ha riscontrato che le fascette di vari tubi non erano state strette bene durante il tagliando. Evviva l'onestà di questo professionista che, inoltre, non ha voluto nessun compenso. Abbasso la superficialità di "certi esperti". Owner of a Ford Tourneo Courrier. Io mi sono trovato sempre bene e non ha neanche prezzi elevati... consigliato. Excellent auto parts dealer ... also does car servicing and maintenance ... Ford recognized workshop.
