★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sono stato da loro per acquistare una sonda lambda per un mini cooper costo €105.. Dopo poco più di un anno si è guastata sono tornato da loro per fare il reso e subito hanno esordito dicendomi che era fuori garanzia. Allora dopo avergli ricordato che la garanzia per legge è 2 anni e dopo averne acquistato una nuova sempre da loro mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto il reso al fornitore..Dopo 6 mesi ci sono tornato, e senza mai avermi chiamato, se ne escono dicendomi che la garanzia era scaduta e che quindi il reso non l'hanno potuto fare.. Naturalmente la sonda loro non l'hanno mai spedita e mi hanno semplicemente preso in giro.. Pertanto sconsiglio vivamente di andare ad acquistare da questo ricambista visto che a Catania per l'acquisto della stessa sonda e per lo stesso problema tempo fa invece mi hanno fatto il reso dei soldi... Praticamente il post vendita non esiste per loro.. Ve li sconsiglio gente poco professionale..
Bad experience I went to them to buy a lambda probe for a mini cooper cost € 105 .. Of course they never sent the probe and they simply made fun of me .. Therefore I strongly advise against going to buy from this spare part dealer since Catania for the purchase of the same probe and for the same problem some time ago instead made me the return of the money ... Practically the after sale does not exist for them .. I advise against unprofessional people ..
