Sono stato richiamato il 27 (ormai ero in ferie).
Il 2 agosto mi viene detto: ci sentiamo, organizzo e poi richiamo.
Il 15 settembre, non essendo piu' stato contattato, mi sono rivolto altrove con ritardo sui lavori previsti.
I called the office on July 7, 2021.
I was called back on the 27th (by now I was on vacation).
On 2 August I am told: we'll talk, I'll organize and then I'll call back.
On 15 September, having no longer been contacted, I went elsewhere with a delay on the planned works.

Installed burglar alarm system at home, very prepared and available. I needed some technical assistance in the late evening and was provided with resolution of the problem. Gate automation also ordered.
