Le viti del computer sono completamente spanate perché a quanto pare non hanno nemmeno l’attrezzatura giusta per smontare un Machintosh. La tastiera non digitava alcune lettere e mi hanno detto che dipendeva dall’aggiornamento del Software, invece la tastiera era semplicemente da sostituire. Sono allibita. Peccato non possa allegare le immagini di come mi hanno rovinato il computer. Attenzione ai vostri pc perché entrano perfetti fisicamente in questo centro assistenza (se così lo vogliamo chiamare) ed escono in condizioni pietose. Lasciate stare! Peccato non essermene accorta subito perché avrei sporto denuncia. Bring a Mac to fix, they gave it back to me after a week with the exact same problems, but not only. The computer screws are completely stripped because apparently they don't even have the right equipment to dismantle a Macintosh. The keyboard did not type some letters and they told me it depended on the software update, instead the keyboard was simply to be replaced. I am amazed. Too bad he can't attach pictures of how they ruined my computer. Pay attention to your PCs because they physically enter this service center perfectly (if we want to call it so) and leave in pitiful conditions. Leave it alone! Too bad I didn't notice right away because I would have filed a complaint.

Ho spiegato sin dal principio che il malfunzionamento fosse generato al 90% da qualcosa sulla scheda e non dalla batteria (già da me sostituita) o a livello software. Premetto che non ne mastico in materia ma prima di andare ho fatto prove e mi sono documentato il più possibile e non trovando soluzione ho deciso di recarmi in negozio. Dopo tre settimane d'inferno sono tornato a casa senza aver risolto nulla...ecco forse con qualche batuffolo di polvere in meno! È quasi impossibile riuscire a contattare telefonicamente il negozio: il numero fisso "non esiste" e al cellulare solo dopo 12 chiamate ho ricevuto delle inconcludenti risposte o peggio delle false speranze ("la richiamerò io", "martedì prossimo glilo faccio trovare pronto"). Quindi, per avere delle informazioni sono sempre dovuto andare lì, spendendo altro tempo dopo il fegato marcio per le continue chiamate. Gli accordi presi dunque non sono mai stati rispettati (non sono mai stato contattato per ricevere aggiornamenti o altri chiarimenti). Capisco la possibile complessità del problema ma mi sono sentito preso in giro uscendo di lì sapendo le stesse cose con cui avevo portato il pc e, ovviamente qualcosa in meno nel portafoglio. Mi spiace, magari è stata una meteora la mia situazione ma NON LO CONSIGLIO!!! NO ... WE ARE NOT THERE !!! I brought a laptop with a power problem here in search of support. I understand the possible complexity of the problem but I felt fooled by getting out of there knowing the same things with which I had brought the pc and, obviously, something less in the wallet. I'm sorry, maybe my situation was a meteor but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!

Grande assortimento di abbigliamento e accessori per tante occasioni, possibilità di acquistare calzature, e di non poco conto, si possono effettuare modifiche di sartoria sui capi acquistati. L'unica nota negativa per cui non riesco a mettere la quinta stella è il posizionamento dei camerini, che è scomodo per chi ad esempio ha necessità di acquistare un abito da cerimonia e deve tornare più volte in reparto per cambiare taglie. Destinarli nei rispettivi reparti sarebbe stato più pratico e anche meno affollato. I have memories of this place from when I was a little girl.
