Da tornarci assolutamente. (L' unica nota negativa è stato il servizio un po' lentino) Delicious sandwiches (the truffle sauce was spectacular), equally delicious pizzas, nice and cute staff, all at an honest price. Amaro e liquore offerti. Sicuramente da ritornare, si consiglia di prenotare. Ho assaggiato la Ciaccanella con friarielli e salsiccia.La Ciaccanella è una pizza dalla pasta sottile e croccante che risulta molto gradevole e digeribile,ottimo l abbinamento salsiccia e friarielli,eseguito con prodotti di qualitá.La Ciaccanella viene servita su una lavagna sottile,giá tagliata in piccole porzioni,si sposa perfettamente con una birra dell ottima selezione di cui Revolution dispone Local a little bare and dark which is cold at first glance, the staff is very kind and mitigates the effect. Che dire, esperienza culinaria eccezionale a partire dagli antipasti che nel nostro caso sono consistiti in porzioni di pinze croccanti e leggerissime farcite con bresaola. Il secondo scelto da me è stato quello consigliato dalla gentilissima e preparatissima cameriera e cioè l'anatra in salsa. Mai mangiato un'anatra così buona e tenera. Altri commensali hanno optato per una tagliata che a loro dire rasentava la perfezione. Lo chef gentile e cortese ci ha fatto visita e non è mancata occasione per fargli i nostri più sentiti complimenti. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. A proposito, prezzi veramente rari oggi come oggi paragonato alla qualità degli alimenti serviti ed al servizio reso. I discovered this bistro thanks to a local colleague. What can I say, an exceptional culinary experience starting from the appetizers which in our case consisted of portions of crispy and very light pincers stuffed with bresaola. The second chosen by me was the one recommended by the very kind and well-prepared waitress, namely the duck in sauce. Never eaten such a good and tender duck. Other diners opted for a tagliata which, according to them, was close to perfection. The kind and courteous chef paid us a visit and there was no lack of opportunity to pay him our warmest compliments. Experience to be repeated for sure. By the way, really rare prices today compared to the quality of the food served and the service rendered.
