La parrucchiera, (una delle 3 che lavorano li), era al cellulare, mi ha "accolta" mentre parlava al cellulare e ancora mi pettinava i capelli mentre era al cellulare, (stava probabilmente parlando con una amica e sinceramente di ascoltarmi gli affari suoi non mi andava davvero). Ho dovuto farle presente che non mi aveva nemmeno chiesto che trattamento volessi nei capelli, cosi ho cercato di attirare la sua attenzione e finalmente ha detto alla sua amica che l'avrebbe richiamata. Parliamo del mio Shatush, e le spiego che non voglio fare i capelli troppo chiari ma semplicemente leggermente più chiaro di come già lo avevo. Insomma, per farla breve, la parruchiera qui mi mette lo Shatush ed esce di nuovo al cellulare. Allora controllo io il tempo di posa, e cosi ho dovuto far presente alle altre 2 che lavoravano che forse era il caso di sciacquarmi i capelli. Morale della favola: Patty, che immagino sia la proprietaria, mi hai bruciato tutti i capelli. Non ho mai visto cosi tanta ignoranza e nessuna professionalità sul posto di lavoro. Sconsiglio altamente questo posto. I went to this salon a few weeks ago to do the shatush. The hairdresser, (one of the three working them), was on his cell phone, he "welcomed me" while talking on the phone and I still combing his hair while he was on his cell phone, (he was probably talking to a friend and sincerely the affairs hear his I really didn't like it. I had to have them in mind that no one had even asked me what I wanted in the hair treatment, so I tried to attract his attention and finally told her friend that she would call back. I speak of my Shatush, and I explain that I do not want to do her hair too light, but just slightly lighter as it already had. So, long story short, the Parruchiera here puts me Shatush and comes back to the phone. Then I control the shutter speed, and so I had to point out to the other two who were working that maybe she should rinse your hair. Moral of the story: Patty, who I imagine is the owner, you burned all my hair. I have never seen so much ignorance and no professionalism in the workplace. I highly recommend this place.
