Personalmente ho avuto un problema con la mia auto fuori mercato: ebbene si sono presi cura di farmi fabbricare il pezzo non più in commercio da un abilissimo tornitore "salvando" così l'auto dalla demolizione posto che il pezzo afferiva al circuito di raffreddamento. Dunque non semplice rapporto tra ditta di servizi ed utente ma tra amici sempre pronti a darsi/darti una mano.???
Easily accessible, highly professional, enormously available. Personally, I had a problem with my car that was not on the market: well they took care of having the piece no longer on the market made for me by a very skilled turner, thus "saving" the car from demolition since the piece belonged to the cooling circuit. Therefore not a simple relationship between service company and user but between friends always ready to give each other / give you a hand
