C	Carla Cesani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho gia fatto diversi acquisti in questo negozio e come qualità prodotti rapporto prezzi buono,varie tipologie di scelte tra occhiali da vista e sole.se non fosse per alcune dipendenti,una in particolare,di quelle fisse credo,che non è per niente cortese,disponibile o gentile.neanche fossi una cliente stressante,oggi sono entrata,ho provato alcuni occhiali da sole,e ne ho scelti due tra cui uno marca ray ban di un costo anche abbastanza elevato.non voglio il tappeto rosso,ma neanche un trattamento da faccia scocciata.scherzosamente ho notato che avevano un cartello che diceva che avrei potuto avere in omaggio una borsetta in jeans per il mio acquisto.la dipendente in questione molto seccata mi ha detto"sono finite"senza neanche togliere il cartello della promozione.(forse erano finite solo per me o non ero di suo gradimento)se non ti piace il tuo lavoro e non sei in grado di rapportarti con la clientela cambia mestiere.e tutte le volte la stessa storia.purtroppo a malincuore la prossima volta sceglierò un altro ottico. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono ho avuto uno sconto su un paio di Rayban . C	Chiara Artioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona che mi ha seguita nella scelta degli occhiali e nell'assistenza è stata molto disponibile e attenta, tuttavia un altro addetto le metteva continuamente fretta dicendo che c'erano altri clienti in coda, proprio davanti a me, anche io cliente pagante e a cui questo comportamento non è piaciuto. Inoltre ho notato che questo negozio vende montature leggermente o molto storte, la maggior parte lo sono. Ho comprato 2 occhiali e mi sono dovuta far sostituire entrambe le montature perché storte e nonostante questo anche le montature nuove non sono equilibrate. Confrontandomi con altri clienti tutti abbiamo fatto questa considerazione. La qualità e l'attenzione al prodotto è da migliorare.
