Hanno fatto 2paia di occhiali con lenti correttive alla mia mamma adottiva completamente sbagliati( non è neppure stato fatto il controllo con il visore per la distanza interpupillare), la curvatura non corrispondeva alla pupilla. Dopo un primo colloquio il tecnico non ha neppure controllato le lenti sulle apparecchiature apposite (poteva esserci stato un errore da parte del laboratorio costruttore che avremmo capito...) ma ci ha liquidato con tanto "spirito" dicendo che usava male gli occhiali! Conclusione: 2 accessi al pronto soccorso di cui 1 per trauma cranico senza contare i soldi spesi Very bad! Al momento della consegna invece, non erano state completate le richieste della cliente incluse nel prezzo, che secondo loro avrebbe dovuto completare la cliente successivamente. Sono stati necessari tre viaggi, di cui uno supplementare non previsto evitabile, per poter avere l' occhiale completo come da richiesta, che comunque dopo una settimana, non è ancora stato consegnato.
