Cercando in internet ho avuto ottima impressione sui motori revisionati dalla ditta Pompeo. La consegna é stata rapida e le relazioni con la Ditta cordiali. Purtroppo é stato necessaria la sostituzione del motore per non meglio identificati rumori provenienti dall'interno del motore che non é stato possibile risolvere nonostante i consigli della Ditta Pompeo. Si arriva alla determinazione della sostituzione. Montato il secondo motore, sicuramente migliore del primo, perché si avvertiva un rumore metallico sotto carico intorno ai 3000 giri/min. Si decide, dopo contatto col la Ditta di utilizzare il veicolo con la speranza che con l'utilizzo il rumore metallico sarebbe sparito. Purtroppo oltre al rumore é stato constatato un eccessivo consumo d'olio. Si é arrivati alla determinazione della sostituzione anche del secondo motore. É stato accertata visivamente olio sul carter e sulla frizione. Del terzo motore ancora non si ha certezza di regolare funzionanamento, si avverte un fastidioso rumore come un "battito d'ali" aspettiamo di percorrere almeno 1000 km. per valutare il regolare funzionamento. Il tutto, oltre il costo della revisione, con un aggravio di spesa di circa 1000 euro per costo di manodopera e materiale di consumo vari. La,risposta e stata il principale stava in ferie e non siamo riusciti a smontare ignettori e bielle ed abbiamo aspettato 3 settimane di ferie di Pompeo che tornava... E ma gli altri 25giorni!?!?!? Per ora sembra tutto ok Il motore è arrivato nuovo e completo come da accordi telefonici Anche il meccanico ne è rimasto entusiasta! Per la mia esperienza sicuramente lo consiglio al 100% grazie a loro ho risparmiato ben 1500€ Grazie! Del resto chi lavora sbaglia...ma la differenza è ammetterlo e risolvere... Il problema è che non vengono rispettati i tempi di consegna da essi stessi indicati e questo non è accettabile se si considera che si è costretti a tornare due, tre e anche quattro volte. Sembra una presa in giro nei confronti della clentela. Basterebbe una maggiore attenzione ed eventualmente avvertire telefonicamente in caso di contrattempi... che ce vo??? The work is done with professionalism. The problem is that the delivery times indicated by them are not respected and this is not acceptable if you consider that you are forced to return two, three and even four times. It seems like a mockery of clentela. It would be enough to pay more attention and possibly warn by phone in case of mishaps ... what do I have ???
