★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ci hanno fatto fare un viaggio perdendo la giornata lavorativa, tempo e soldi, per un appuntamento che ci hanno annullato DUE ORE PRIMA. mai piú. Ci siamo affidati ad un'agenzia sperando di avere le giuste condizioni, e ci siamo ritrovati con un grande problema.
Assolutamente non la consigliamo.
Very bad experience, we did make a trip losing the working day, time and money, for an appointment that they canceled TWO HOURS BEFORE. never again. We relied on an agency hoping to have the right conditions, and we found ourselves with a big problem.
Absolutely we not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'agenzia circa 1 mese e mezzo fa per un'immobile al quale eravamo interessati ,la sig.ra che mi ha risposto al telefono mi ha detto che per fissare l'appuntamento per visitare la casa doveva sentire la proprietaria che lavora su turni e mi avrebbe fatto sapere, ma niente non mi ha ricontattato nessuno, stesso discorso 2 settimane fa con il mio fidanzato quando ha telefonato all' agenzia. Sabato l'ho ricontattata di nuovo io, la stessa sig.ra mi ha risposto al tel. dicendomi che un mese e mezzo fa gli é sfuggito di richiamarmi e si é scusata, due settimane fa le saremmo sfuggiti lo stesso? Durante la telefonata di sabato la sig.ra dell'agenzia mi dice che la proprietaria le comunica i turni il lunedi che quindi mi richiamera' lei il lunedi o il martedi , memore di cio' che é successo le volte precedenti ho richiamato io il lunedi e ancora la propritaria non aveva comunicato i turni della settimana e quindi ho riprovato anche il martedi, stavolta la proprietaria sempre a detta della sig.ra che mi ha risposto alla telefonata aveva problemi al lavoro per questa settimana , quindi niente appuntamento, ma quale sarà questo problema che rende così difficile un appuntamento per visionare una casa presso questa agenzia da 1 mese e mezzo circa a questa parte? Ora ho rinunciato in quanto non ho tempo da perdere come comunicato da me alla sig.ra dell'agenzia per telefono. Ovviamente acquistero' presso un'altra agenzia che saprà venire incontro alle mie esigenze
I contacted the agency about 1 month and a half ago for a property we were interested in, the lady who answered the phone told me that to make an appointment to visit the house she had to hear from the owner who works on shifts and would let me know, but nothing did not contact me again, same speech 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend when he phoned the agency. On Saturday I contacted her again, the same Mrs. answered me on tel. telling me that a month and a half ago he escaped to call me back and apologized, two weeks ago would we have escaped anyway? During the phone call on Saturday, the agency Mrs. tells me that the owner communicates the shifts on Monday that she will then call me back on Monday or Tuesday, mindful of what happened the previous times I called back on Monday and still the owner had not communicated the shifts of the week and so I tried again on Tuesday, this time the owner always according to Ms who answered the phone call had problems at work for this week, so no appointment, but what will it be this problem that has made it so difficult to make an appointment to view a house at this agency for about 1 month and a half now? I have now given up as I have no time to waste as communicated by me to the agency Ms by phone. Obviously I will buy from another agency that will be able to meet my needs
