Zur Eröffnung gab es einen kleinen Gruß aus der Küche. Als Hauptgang gab es einen Salat mit Rinderfilet. Als Dessert haben wir uns ein Schokoladenküchlein mit Mandarineneins gegönnt. Schon die Präsentation ist ein Kunstwerk. Herzlichen Dank für einen genussvollen Abend. Ergänzung: Wir waren Anfang März 2018 im Fassatal und wir konnten es uns nicht verkneifen noch einmal im "s' Passler" vorbeizuschauen, trotz einer Stunde Fahrt über den Karerpass. Es war wieder ein Hochgenuss in vielen kleinen Gängen. Angefangen beim kleinen Gruß aus der Küche, über die Grießklöschensuppe, bis hin zum sensationell abgestimmten Salat, abgeschlossen mit einem traumhaften Dessert. Dieses Menü ließ einmal mehr keine Wünsche offen und war ein Hochgenuss für Gaumen und Sinne. Ich versichere, dass die Bilder alle an diesem Abend mit dem Handy meiner Frau entstanden sind und nicht bearbeitet wurden. I was here with my wife on our last day of vacation and I have to say we have rarely eaten so deliciously. At the opening there was a little greeting from the kitchen. The main course was a salad with beef fillet. As a dessert, we treated ourselves to a chocolate cake with mandarin oranges. The presentation itself is a work of art. Thank you for an enjoyable evening. Complemental description: We were in the Fassa Valley at the beginning of March 2018 and we couldn't help but stop by once again in the "s' Passler", despite an hour's drive over the Karer Pass. It was again a delight in many small aisles. Starting with a little greeting from the kitchen, over the semolina soup, to the sensationally coordinated salad, finished with a wonderful dessert. This menu left nothing to be desired and was a delight for the palate and the senses. I assure that the pictures were all taken that evening with my wife's cell phone and were not edited.

Wenn man einen unvergesslichen Abend mit unfassbar leckerem Essen möchte, muss man hier her! The food and the service are AWESOME !! The next time we're in South Tyrol, this is definitely a must. If you want an unforgettable evening with incredibly delicious food, you have to come here!

The menu features fine Tirolian cuisine as well as high quality wines from the region. If you are in the Bozen area and looking for something exceptional, I would highly recommend taking the time to visit this locality.
