★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach köstlich die Pizzen. Jede Pizza gibt es auch mit Dinkelteig. Den finde ich besonders bekömmlich. Sowas suche in meiner Heimat (Aalen, Deutschland) leider bislang vergeblich. Wenn ich in der Nähe bin, dann fahre ich auch mal extra einen Umweg von 1-2 Stunden. Sehr empfehlenswert.
The pizzas are simply delicious. Every pizza is also available with spelled dough. I find it particularly digestible. I've been looking for something like that in my home country (Aalen, Germany) unfortunately so far in vain. If I'm in the area, I sometimes drive a detour of 1-2 hours. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An 18 Urlaubstagen in Latsch haben wir 8 Mal dort zu Abend gegessen. Nicht nur die Pizzen, auch die Fleisch-, Fisch-, Nudel- und aktuell Spargelgerichte sind gut, reichlich und lecker. Mehrere gute Südtiroler Weine im Sortiment. Das Ambiente ist nicht das einer holzgetäfelten Stube, sondern das eines kleinen Saales, der dem Hallen- und Freibad Aquaforum angegliedert ist. Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich, flott und aufmerksam. Wir werden immer wieder dort essen, mit kurzem Fußweg innerhalb des Ortes, und viele Einheimische tun das auch. Zu Saisonzeiten empfiehlt es sich zu reservieren, die Essensalternativen in Latsch sind rarer geworden.
In 18 days of vacation in Latsch we had dinner there 8 times. Not only the pizzas, but also the meat, fish, pasta and currently asparagus dishes are good, plentiful and delicious. Several good South Tyrolean wines in the range. The ambience is not that of a wood-panelled room, but that of a small hall, which is attached to the Aquaforum indoor and outdoor pool. But the staff is very friendly, quick and attentive. We will eat there again and again, a short walk within town, and many locals do too. It is advisable to make a reservation during the season, as the food alternatives in Latsch have become rarer.
