★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I was a little boy I have been coming back to this place. Some good things and places truly never change and that´s exactly the story of Camping Mediterraneo. If you are looking for a perfect familiy vacation, look no futher. There may be neater and better looking places @ the punta sabbioni area, but Mediterraneo is definitely one of the friendliest and best organized ones. And if you are planning a short trip to venice - it´s a 30 minute ride on one of the many ferrie´s that are waiting just a 10 minute drive from the camping village. We´ll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where families go from ALL over Europe! The y plan on making a NEW recreational pool with slides and lots of fun for kids. There are 2 shopping places, on grounds. And a nightclub. It is directly on the beach, but has plenty of pine trees for shade. Also, you may, tent, RV, or rent an air conditioned unit with dishwasher. Our family has been going every year, for over15 years!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is bit of gamble. Some items are good, some are ok. Once I had burratina pizza, it was good. Next time I had two more pizzas(can't remember the names) they were not good.
Decently priced pizzas for a restaurant located inside the camping area. The ice cream shop inside is good. Salads and some other items are overpriced.
Edit: I increased the rating from 3 to 4 as the last meal I had there was phenomenal. Best pizza I have ever had- frutti di marae and buffalina. Sooooo good. Got delivered to our unit for 3 additional euros.
