★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locali nuovi quindi case nuove. Pro e contro di una gestione di questo tipo. Non hai tutte le libertà di una casa in affitto ma hai tutti i comfort inclusi.
New premises therefore new houses. Pros and cons of such management. You don't have all the freedom of a rented house but you have all the comforts included.

A differenza di queste ultime, infatti, l'aria condizionata non è centralizzata e quindi se ne può usufruire a propria discrezione in qualunque fascia oraria. Inoltre sono più vicine a Penta, in cui ci sono negozi più convenienti rispetto a quelli di Fisciano.
Certainly better than the residences inside the campus. Unlike the latter, in fact, the air conditioning is not centralized and therefore you can use it at your discretion in any time slot. They are also closer to Penta, where there are more convenient stores than those in Fisciano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienti, pulite e servite. Punto di ritrovo per gli universitari, vicinissimo al polo universitario. Copisteria a 1 minuto a piedi. Grande aula comune all'interno.
Cozy, clean and served. Meeting point for university students, very close to the university center. Copy shop 1 minute walk. Large common room inside.
