Dall'esterno esteticamente le più belle ma gli anni iniziano a farsi sentire negli interni, dato che non viene mai fatto nessun tipo di lavoro di recupero o riparazione, verniciatura ecc. Inoltre esternamente abbiamo assistito negli ultimi anni alla caduta dei mattoncini di rivestimento in diverse zone delle residenze, con conseguente rischio che ne deriva per l'incolumità degli studenti che ci vivono.
