MANCANO :gli spazi adeguati, il personale professionalmente preparato nell'offerta della attività di mantenimento e stimolo delle attività cognitive, la cura del corredo dell'ospite ( capi persi o spariti), pulizia dei pavimenti , la cortesia e l'educazione di alcuni dipendenti .
The residence is not structured as it is presented at the guest's entrance. MISS: adequate spaces, professionally trained personnel in offering maintenance and stimulation of cognitive activities, care of the guest's equipment (lost or missing items), floor cleaning, courtesy and education of some employees .

Il personale è stato molto professionale e disponibile. E' sempre stata trattata con molto rispetto e gentilezza. Ho potuto avere tutte le informazioni che mi servivano e l'aiuto che potesse servire. Sono molto grato a tutte le persone che hanno operato per farla stare al meglio.
My mother, seriously disabled, was hospitalized at this facility for several months in the midst of the second wave of Covid19. The staff were very professional and helpful. She has always been treated with a lot of respect and kindness. I was able to get all the information I needed and the help I could need. I am very grateful to all the people who have worked to make her feel better.
