Il personale è gentile paziente e competente, l'ambiente gradevole e pulito. Ringrazio tutti My mother has been staying at this facility for over a year and I can say that she is looked after really well. The staff is patient, kind and competent, the environment pleasant and clean. I thank you all
N	Noemi Ricciardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scorso anno in un momento di forte difficoltà, quei momenti in cui non riesci a decidere cosa sia meglio per te e per i tuoi cari, ho avuto la fortuna (sottolineo fortuna) di conoscere Sara e lo staff di Villa Silvana tramite un'amica comune. Devo dire con onestà che avevo preso visione di altre strutture e dopo il primo minuto all'interno di Villa Silvana avevo già capito e scelto. Qui viene trasmesso il senso di "casa" e sopratutto di "famiglia" come dovrebbe essere in luoghi dove, per un malato, la casa risulta essere magari lontana e la famiglia ancor di più. Sottolineo inoltre la professionalità, la dolcezza e la disponibilità di tutti all'interno della struttura.Non smetterò mai di ringraziare e sostenere questa posto dove,anche se per poco tempo, ho trovato sostegno e aiuto per la gestione di mio papà.Bravi ragazzi!!!! Last year at a time of great difficulty, those moments when you can't decide what is best for you and your loved ones, I was lucky (I emphasize luck) to meet Sara and the staff of Villa Silvana through a friend common. I have to honestly say that I had read other structures and after the first minute in Villa Silvana I had already understood and chosen. Here is conveyed the sense of "home" and above all of "family" as it should be in places where, for a sick person, the house turns out to be perhaps far away and the family even more so. I also underline the professionalism, the gentleness and the availability of everyone inside the structure. I will never stop thanking and supporting this place where, even if for a short time, I found support and help for the management of my dad. !!!
D	Daniela Duranti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi dovevo far entrare in questa simpatica ed accogliente casa famiglia mia zia,putroppo a causa della sua demenza senile ha mostrato da subito ostilità verso la struttura è gli operatori,come del resto è accaduto sino ad ora con le strutture in cui è stata.Tutti gli operatori,Sara e suo marito in particolare, hanno cercato di aiutarci a trovare altrove una soluzione,nonostante fosse economicamente controproducente per loro.Questo a indicare quanto siano attenti alle persone piuttosto che al tornaconto.Hanno passato l'intero pomeriggio cercando di capire come poterci aiutare!Ringrazio tutti per la gentilezza e disponibilità, doti rare da trovare!Ho trovato la struttura molto pulita, ben strutturata,con un fantastico giardino e meravigliosi terrazzi. Consiglio vivamente. .... Today I had to let my aunt enter this nice and welcoming family home, unfortunately due to her senile dementia she immediately showed hostility towards the structure and the operators, as indeed happened so far with the structures in which she was. the operators, Sara and her husband in particular, tried to help us find a solution elsewhere, although it was economically counterproductive for them. This indicates how attentive they are to people rather than to self-interest. They spent the whole afternoon trying to figure out how help us! Thank you all for the kindness and availability, rare qualities to find! I found the structure very clean, well structured, with a fantastic garden and wonderful terraces. I highly recommend. ....

Siamo fragili quando veniamo al mondo, rimaniamo fragili quando siamo nel mondo; persone,affetti, situazioni,possono ferirci costantemente sicuramente l’elogio va a persone che di questa nostra fragilità ne fa un buon lavoro, diventa poi di carattere solenne quando desidera trasformarlo in “miSSione” cioè usare propria Vita per gli altri. Villa Silvana un buon lavoro, persone selezionate che comprendono l’esigenza di chi é diventato anziano. Gestori che si avvicinano alle esigenze di chi purtroppo _deve_ lasciare in custodia i propri cari. Un buon lavoro portato avanti con consapevolezza e opera concreta un sicuro riferimento per unirci tutti per fare il meglio. Making critical judgments about a work, writing recent findings on Life can be an arduous task if you consider everything in a wide range .... and so what can we say in summary? We are fragile when we come into the world, we remain fragile when we are in the world; people, affections, situations, can constantly hurt us surely the praise goes to people who make this a good job out of our frailty, then becomes solemn when they want to turn it into a "mission" that is to use * their own * life for others. Villa Silvana a good job, selected people who understand the need of those who have become elderly. Managers who approach the needs of those who unfortunately _ must_ leave their loved ones in custody. A good job carried out with awareness and concrete work a sure reference to unite us all to do the best.

Al termine del soggiorno la zia non voleva più lasciare questo posto da lei definito un angolo di paradiso. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, siete stupendi!!!! They took great care and loving care of my aunt who is a refractory person to change. At the end of her stay, her aunt no longer wanted to leave this place she defined as a corner of paradise. Congratulations to all the staff, you are wonderful !!!!

All'inizio non ci voleva andare, ma si è dovuta ricredere, era la sua prima esperienza di soggiorno in una casa famiglia, si è trovata benissimo. La struttura è molto accogliente e dotata di tutte le comodità e anche di giardino. Il personale è molto competente e cortese, ottima anche la cucina. Vivamente consigliata. ? I had my mother stay there last August for about a week. At first she didn't want to go, but she had to think again, it was her first experience of staying in a family home, she found herself very well. The structure is very welcoming and equipped with all comforts and also with a garden. The staff is very competent and courteous, the kitchen is also excellent. Strongly recommended. ?

Si è sentita in famiglia fin da subito, il personale è straordinario,un ringraziamento sopratutto a sara e Stefano per tutto l'amore e l'impegno che ci mettono per accudire i nostri cari. Un abbraccio a tutti. Siete unici My grandmother stays in this fantastic residence. At first she was very skeptical because it was her first experience, but she had to change her mind. Anch'io considero lo staff della struttura come una seconda famiglia piena di amore e attenzione. Non avrei potuto trovare struttura migliore. My mother has been a guest of the facility for four years and has found a real family. I too consider the staff of the structure as a second family full of love and attention. I could not have found a better facility.
