Alberto e il fratello sono sempre stati disponibili in caso di necessità e pronti ad apportare miglioramenti all'interno e all'esterno. I lived here a couple of years. Il proprieitario del palazzo si è dimostrato sempre disponibile quando è stato necessario. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Il mio appartamento è dotato di un balcone abitabile con una bella vista sulle colline. La planimetria è ben organizzata. Per quanto rigarda la posizione dello statbile questo si trova a poca distanza della fermata metro Nizza. Il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in bici, 20 minuti a piedi. A pochissima distanza da un carrefour 24/7, palestra, parco Valentino. sala studio Opera e vari dipartimenti universitari. Comodo per gli studenti. My apartment has a large balcony with a nice view of the hills. The floor plan is well organized. Regarding the position of the statbile, it is within walking distance of the Nizza metro station. The center can be reached in 10 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot. A short distance from a 24/7 carrefour, gym, Valentino park. Opera study room and various university departments. Convenient for students.

Prima di tutto il ragazzo è stato poco professionale in chat: non dico di rivolgerti al prossimo come se fosse Mattarella, ma neanche come il cugino cafone del vicino di casa. Ho chiesto info su una camera e se la potevo vedere in una determinata settimana. Mi ha risposto (poco professionalmente anche qua) che la potevo vedere la settimana dopo quella proposta. Al che gli riscrivo con una settimana di anticipo per accordarci sul giorno e mi dice che aveva già affittato tutto. Se questo è comportarsi come si deve... Rip off.
