★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato un appartamento su 2 livelli con cucina e 2 bagni (per il soggiorno di 2 coppie) ma per un imprevisto il proprietario ci ha sistemato in una semplice camera quadrupla senza intervenire in alcun modo, se non con una colazione offerta. Oltretutto ha detto di avere problemi con la transazione sulla piattaforma di prenotazione, ci ha chiesto il pagamento diretto, e dopo il checkout ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione dichiarandondo il no show senza darci la possibilità di rivalerci sulla piattaforma da noi utilizzata. Comportamento alquanto opinabile!! Sicuramente non torneremo.
Booked a duplex apartment with kitchen and 2 bathrooms (for the stay of 2 couples) but for an unexpected event the owner put us in a simple quadruple room without intervening in any way, except with a breakfast offered. Moreover, he said he had problems with the transaction on the booking platform, he asked us for direct payment, and after checkout he canceled our booking declaring the no show without giving us the opportunity to retaliate on the platform we used. Behavior somewhat questionable !! We will definitely not be returning.
