★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero le cose siano cambiate perché quando ci lavoravo come fisioterapista era gestito da persone avide e si respirava una tensione deleteria nell'aria. Come altre strutture simili mette troppo l'accento su assistenza e ambienti tralasciando il sanitario. Nessun rispetto per gli operatori, vige la delazione come sistema di controllo degli operatori.
Non aggiungo altro temendo ritorsioni ma di certo la retta è troppo alta.
I hope things have changed because when I worked there as a physiotherapist it was run by greedy people and there was deleterious tension in the air. Like other similar structures it puts too much emphasis on assistance and environments while leaving out the health care. No respect for the operators, the action is in force as an operator control system.
I don't add another fearing retaliation but certainly the line is too high.
