La titolare, unitamente alla sua famiglia, è estremamente cortese e attenta a tutte le problematiche, organizzative, mediche ma soprattutto umane. Il personale svolge le proprie mansioni con professionalità ma allo stesso tempo con affetto e gentilezza, creando un clima molto familiare.
Anche se non previsto dalla tipologia di residenza, la direzione garantisce la presenza costante di personale infermieristico.
Comodo e rassicurante poter accedere in sttuttura, con rispetto delle attività in corso, in qualsiasi momento.
Menu vario e non "ospedaliero".
