★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo è dir poco!!! Ho sentito in vivavoce la "splendida" operatrice delle 15.46 di data odierna 08.05.2022 che urlava a mia mamma "tira su' quella gamba e stai zitta o chiamo qlcn e gli dico di portarti......." (Non so dove).... Ma come trattano i pazienti??? Se una operatrice, che dovrebbe essere formata e sapere gestire tutte le varie situazioni degli anziani, non sa svolgere il suo lavoro in quella struttura MEGLIO che cambi lavoro immediatamente visto l'inadeguatezza della stessa operatrice. Non dico nemmeno che si "dia all'ippica" xké amo gli animali e i cavalli. Questa persona è da licenziamento imnediato!!!!! Questo posto NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO!!!! Monica
 Bad is an understatement !!! I heard on speakerphone the "splendid" operator at 3.46 pm today 08.05.2022 screaming at my mom "pull that leg up and shut up or I'll call somebody and tell him to take you ......." (I don't know where) .... But how do they treat patients ??? If an operator, who should be trained and know how to manage all the various situations of the elderly, does not know how to carry out her work in that structure BETTER than changing her job immediately given the inadequacy of the operator herself. I'm not even saying that you "go horse racing" because I love animals and horses. This person is immediately fired !!!!! This place I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!! Monica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco la struttura da un po' di tempo xk ho mia madre, lei è molto contenta ( nn sarà come essere a casa propria) si trova bene fa molte attività e ci sono sempre dei volontari a dare un aiuto x me è molto positivo tt questo grazie a tt ?
I have known the structure for some time xk I have my mother, she is very happy (it will not be like being at home) she is comfortable doing many activities and there are always volunteers to give help x is very positive for me tt this thanks to tt ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione terminale. Oss è solo un pesso di carta che si può comprare. Professionalità zero. Parlo di ciò che ho vissuto spero che nelle altre strutture sia più umanità e rispetto davanti il bisogno dei anziani....
Terminal disappointment. Oss is just a piece of paper you can buy. Zero professionalism. I speak of what I have lived I hope that in the other structures there is more humanity and respect for the needs of the elderly ....
