In particolare la direttrice è sempre stata un punto di riferimento: professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile a dare una mano. A lei va un mio sentito ringraziamento. Ripeto il mio giudizio è più che positivo.

La Direzione mi ha mostrato la cappella privata... davvero bella!! Helpful staff and a very familiar environment. Pleasant terraces and the garden with an ancient courtyard !! The Management showed me the private chapel ... really beautiful !!

Direttrice tutto meno che cordiale per una situazione così delicata penso che il personale anzi la responsabile debba essere all altezza della situazione mai gentile mai disponibile neppure per concordare sulle visite pazzesco. Avevo pure intenzione di mandare mia mamna li ma grazie a Dio mi sono fermata prima. Penso che fare la scelta di lavorare in una struttura per persone fragili ci voglia amore altrimenti si sceglie un altro lavoro e sopratutto pazienza con i parenti che si fidano a lasciare i propri cari buonaserata Bad experience for a dear acquaintance of mine lived too closely. a	alessandro campassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto questa struttura senza conoscerla, è stata una scelta dettata dall'esigenza di ricoverare la zia e il marito contemporaneamente, all'epoca fu l'unica struttura libera che li avrebbe accolti e fatti vivere sereni ed insieme nella stessa camera. Cosa che per noi e per gli zii era assolutamente discriminante. Si è rivelata nel tempo un'ottima scelta per il personale gentile, l'ambiente pulito più simile ad una casa che ad un ospedale, per la cordialità e disponibilità assoluta della direttrice, anche quando lo zio ha avuto la necessità di un ricovero ospedaliero. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più anche in piena pandemia, videochiamate, contatti e informazioni continui. F	Francesca Gianino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza ahimè pessima…io penso che chi sceglie questo lavoro debba essere dotato di dolcezza e umanità purtroppo la direttrice si è rivelata fredda scortese ogni appuntamento preso per fare visita a mia mamma non andava bene per carità comprendo il periodo luglio agosto del 2021 ma oltre che vederla distante mascherina tamponi davvero pazzesco morale della favola che mia mamma e mancata senza più poterla abbracciare…e il mattino che ho ricevuto la bruttissima notizia non si è degnata neppure di farmi le condoglianze…mia suocera nella stessa struttura e mancata tre mesi dopo abbiamo saputo del focolaio covid dalle notizie che scorrevano in tv eppure noi parenti non abbiamo contagiato nessuno dal momento che lei era molto rigida con noi…scusate ma non me lo spiego. Personale a differenza di lei molto cordiale… l’unica cosa che mi resta e chiedere perdono a mia mamma My experience alas bad ...
