Dotata di ogni comfort, la casa offre tramonti in terrazza vista mare veramente imperdibile! Per non parlare dell’host, Ciccio, sempre pronto a consigliarci luoghi di interesse, o attività da svolgere! Tornerò sicuramente! The house is located 5 minutes from the sea, and 5 minutes from the historic center, so the perfect combo for a perfect holiday. Equipped with every comfort, the house offers sunsets on the terrace overlooking the sea truly unmissable! Not to mention the host, Ciccio, always ready to recommend places of interest or activities to do! I will definitely be back!

Smart Tv in camera da letto (32 pollici) e in salotto (65 pollici) in entrambi compreso Netflix. Climatizzatori moderni Riello in entrambe le camere. Cucina moderna e funzionale. Camera da letto elegante con materasso memory. Doccia grande e comoda. Terrazzo bellissimo ed elegante. Modern apartment under development and with soundproof windows. Smart TV in the bedroom (32 inches) and in the living room (65 inches) in both including Netflix. Riello modern air conditioners in both bedrooms. Modern and functional kitchen. Elegant bedroom with memory foam mattress. Large and comfortable shower. Beautiful and elegant terrace.
c	cecilia iervolino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin dalle foto di google mi aveva colpito il terrazzo stupendo, aspettativa che è stata più che è soddisfatta, dato che non appena si entra dalla porta dell'appartamento ci si trova subito immersi nel blu del mare e del cielo che si vedono dalla meravigliosa terrazza. L'appartamento è comodissimo per la sua posizione (a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro), è molto confortevole e per essere il primo anno dalla ristrutturazione ha davvero ottime potenzialità per diventare una suite di lusso dove tornerò con enorme piacere a trascorrere ogni anno una bellissima settimana di vacanza a Tropea. Faccio inoltre i complimenti al proprietario Francesco per la sua simpatia e disponibilità! Infine un piacevole apprezzamento anche per la colazione offertaci da Francesco al bar Blaise, colazione semplice ma arricchita dai sorrisi dei gestori e della bartender! Ps. Unico consiglio è di applicare un bello specchio! XD Since the google photos I was struck by the wonderful terrace, an expectation that was more than satisfied, since as soon as you enter the apartment door you are immediately immersed in the blue of the sea and the sky that can be seen from the wonderful terrace . The apartment is very comfortable for its location (a few minutes walk from the sea and the center), it is very comfortable and for being the first year after the renovation it has really great potential to become a luxury suite where I will return with great pleasure to spend every year a beautiful week of vacation in Tropea. I also congratulate the owner Francesco for his friendliness and helpfulness! Finally, a pleasant appreciation also for the breakfast offered to us by Francesco at the Blaise bar, a simple breakfast but enriched by the smiles of the managers and the bartender! Ps. The only advice is to apply a beautiful mirror! XD

Bastano infatti 5-10 minuti per raggiungere a piedi sia le spiagge che il centro storico. L’appartamento, moderno e molto luminoso, è dotato di tutti i comfort. Pezzo forte è sicuramente la terrazza, molto spaziosa e confortevole, che offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare di Tropea, particolarmente suggestiva al tramonto. Il tutto è ulteriormente avvalorato dalla presenza di Francesco, un super padrone di casa, che è stato sempre disponibile a darci suggerimenti sui luoghi più belli da visitare, e che con la sua simpatia e il suo buon cuore ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! Spero di tornare presto!!! Beautiful apartment in a very strategic position to fully enjoy your stay in Tropea, without even needing to take the car. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to both the beaches and the historic center. The modern and very bright apartment is equipped with all comforts. The highlight is certainly the terrace, very spacious and comfortable, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea of Tropea, particularly suggestive at sunset. All this is further supported by the presence of Francesco, a super host, who was always available to give us suggestions on the most beautiful places to visit, and who with his sympathy and his good heart made our stay unforgettable! La casetta dove sono a parghelia è molto accogliente (composta da bagnetto,cucina con attrezzatura base,camera ampia con armadio e scrivania, lettino singolo ed un ampio giardino composto da tavolo e barbecue e c'è anche una lavatrice, oltre a questo c'è anche un parcheggio libero proprio fuori l'appartamento), Francesco è giovane, ma con tanta voglia di fare e crescere ,e per questo viene incontro ai clienti organizzando i transfer per l'arrivo ed il ritorno da vari punti della zona e spiegando cosa visitare e vedere della! La spiaggia è proprio sotto l'abitazione a soli cinque min a piedi! Sicuramente consiglio la residenza le sirene sia a coppie che a famiglie perche è un posto tranquillo ed a pochi km per visitare questa parte della Calabria e consiglio anche perché Francesco è una persona con un grande cuore! Proprietà di una gentilezza e discrezione veramente speciali,in particolar modo Francesco il proprietario sa fornire consigli e indicazioni preziose oltre a dimostrare verso il cliente un profondo rispetto e la massima disponibilità ad accogliere le richieste, cercando in ogni modo di soddisfare gli ospiti. Il Centro di Tropea non è a due ma a un passo. Vista panoramica mozzafiato sul mare con Stromboli e le Eolie che sorridono da lontano. Una vera vacanza a partire dalla ottima colazione compresa nel soggiorno presso il Bar Blaise Cafè proprio sotto casa, i cui titolari sono nuovamente persone squisite, disponibili e estremamente accoglienti. In casa non manca nulla. La pulizia dell' appartamento è estremamente curata. Il mare è sotto casa e si raggiunge con una comoda scalinata. A due passi da casa panetteria, pasta fresca, pescheria, minimarket, pasticceria e farmacia. Zona con parcheggio non a pagamento e tranquilla e in base alle disponibilità Francesco si occupa anche di trovare una soluzione di parcheggio adeguata alle esigenze degli ospiti qualora essi la richiedano. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in tre con la nostra Labrador di 4 anni e anche per lei sono state delle super vacanze. Grazie Francesco e a presto alla residenza Le Sirene di Tropea. Property of a truly special kindness and discretion, especially Francesco the owner knows how to provide valuable advice and information as well as showing the customer a deep respect and the utmost willingness to accommodate requests, trying in every way to satisfy guests. The center of Tropea is not two but one step away. Breathtaking panoramic view of the sea with Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands smiling from afar. A real holiday starting from the excellent breakfast included in the stay at the Bar Blaise Cafè just below the house, whose owners are again exquisite, helpful and extremely welcoming people. Nothing is missing in the house. The cleaning of the apartment is extremely accurate. The sea is under the house and can be reached by a comfortable staircase. A stone's throw from home bakery, fresh pasta, fish market, minimarket, pastry shop and pharmacy. Area with free and quiet parking and subject to availability Francesco also takes care of finding a parking solution suited to the needs of guests if they request it.
