Colazione con ampia scelta, rivedibile il caffe'...manca un po' di manutenzione del verde e la cura di alcuni dettagli per rendere la struttura di alto livello. Beautiful view and the pool, very nice and courteous girls who run the structure. Breakfast with a wide selection, coffee can be redone ... there is a little maintenance of the green and the care of some details to make the structure of a high level.
M	Mukdara Pohle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können es gar nicht so beschreiben, wie wir es erlebt haben. ES IST EINFACH NUR EINE Zumutung. Als wir angekommen sind war nur eine junge Mitarbeiterin da. Sie hat uns 2 Zimmer angeboten. Das erste Zimmer war katastrophal. Geruch schimmlig. Es war feucht und ein Trocknungsgerät befand sich in der Küche, die die Mitarbeiterin gleich rausgeworfen hat als sie und das Zimmer zeigte. Als wir das Klofenster öffneten war eine Betonwand vor uns. ES WAR DRECKIG UND NICHT MAL unsere Hunde wollten das Zimmer betreten. Der Kühlschrank hat gestunken als wir es öffneten. DER Pool war komplett grün und trüb. Sie garantierte uns das der Morgen repariert wird und anscheinend gestern kaputt gegangen ist. Ich kann es nicht verstehen, warum die Bewertungen nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Es ist traurig für die nächsten. Es waren keine Gäste anwesend oder wir haben sie nicht gesehen. Die Eigentümerin war nicht mal selber da. Sie war unkulant und hat das erste Mal einfach aufgelegt. Wir haben die Wohnung über Booking gebucht und die Eigentümerin hat angegeben dass wir nicht angereist sind. EINFACH EINE UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT. Diesen eine Stern was ich vergeben muss um diese Bewertung zu geben tut mir im Herzen leid. DIE Unterkunft kostete uns 650 Euro für 6 Nächte. Ausgemacht war Barzahlung vor Ort und Sie hat bereits abgebucht ohne Zustimmung. Es war keine Blockierung sondern ne Abbuchung. Was rechtlich nicht in Ordnung ist. We cannot describe it as we have experienced it. IT'S SIMPLY ONLY an imposition. When we arrived there was only a young employee. She offered us 2 rooms. The first room was disastrous. Smell moldy. It was damp and there was a drying machine in the kitchen, which the employee threw out when she and the room showed. When we opened the toilet window there was a concrete wall in front of us. IT WAS DIRTY AND NOT ONCE our dogs wanted to enter the room. The fridge stank when we opened it. THE pool was completely green and cloudy. She guaranteed us that the morning would be fixed and apparently broke yesterday. I can not understand why the reviews are not true. It is sad for the next. No guests were present or we didn't see them. The owner wasn't even there herself. It was uncultivated and simply hung up for the first time. We booked the apartment through booking and the owner stated that we hadn't arrived. SIMPLY AN EXTRAORDINARY. I am sorry for this one star that I have to award to give this rating. THE accommodation cost us 650 euros for 6 nights. Cash payment was agreed on site and it has already been debited without consent. It was not a block but a debit. Which is legally wrong.
r	roxaneh malek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta accoglienza che nn dimenticherò mai siamo arrivati alle 12.40 alla residenza le ragazze che gestiscono residence erano già in pausa pranzo ,mi hanno detto che dalle 12.30 fino le 16.00 saranno in pausa pranzo invece nella comunicazione via email che mi avevano mandato avevano scritto pausa pranzo del personale dalle 13.00 alle 15.00, inoltre si sn espresse cn arroganza e maleducazione , poi si sn accorti del loro comportamento fuori educazione alla fine ci hanno dato la chiave della camera ,sembrava una cella ,brutta e piccola , dopo 2 ore abbiamo lasciato la residenza e siamo venuti via e siamo andati in albergo . Se volete alloggiare un posto decente evitate questa residenza Bad reception that I will never forget we arrived at 12.40 at the residence the girls who manage the residence were already on their lunch break, they told me that from 12.30 until 16.00 they will be on lunch break instead in the email communication they had sent me they had written lunch break of the staff from 13.00 to 15.00, also sn expressed cn arrogance and rudeness, then sn noticed their behavior out of education in the end they gave us the room key, it looked like a cell, ugly and small, after 2 hours we left the residence and we came away and went to the hotel. La mattina colazione con vista lago e poi abbiamo passato una rilassante giornata in piscina (nonostante il check-out fosse alle 9.30) . La camera pulita e grande, il personale disponibile e simpatico. Super consigliato!! Ps: ci sono anche barbecue disponibili per grigliare la carne!! I stayed with my girlfriend for one night. Upon arrival we immediately relaxed in the outdoor jacuzzi. In the morning we had breakfast with a lake view and then we spent a relaxing day at the pool (despite the fact that check-out was at 9.30). The room was clean and large, the staff were helpful and nice. Super recommended !! Ps: there are also barbecues available for grilling meat !!
