Le propriétaire ainsi que les dames qui préparent le petit déjeuner et qui nettoyent les chambres sont adorables !! Nous avons passé une super semaine là bas The location in the center is just perfect! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The owner as well as the ladies who prepare breakfast and clean the rooms are adorable !! We had a great week there

Un benvenuto molto accogliente con una piccola illustrazione del posto, dove mangiare dove andate e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, una colazione sul terrazzino meraviglioso posto sopra la residenza, buona ben organizzata e con una vista meravigliosa. Rispetta tutte le norme per il covid. consigliato vivamente. We were guests at the residence baron during the weekend of the week of August, the residence is in an excellent position, with a restaurant just outside the estate where you can eat really well, the room very spacious, nice and clean, very kind and helpful staff. A very welcoming welcome with a small illustration of the place, where to eat where you go and everything you need, a breakfast on the wonderful terrace above the residence, good well organized and with a wonderful view. Comply with all covid rules. highly recommended.

Vi consiglio, assolutamente di andarci. Complimenti!!! Structure well kept, owner in leg, helpful and very kind. The service, housekeeping and breakfast, fantastic and cute. To go back. Posso solo complimentarmi con Saverio, il giovane proprietario, per la sua pazienza, gentilezza e disponibilità, sin dalla prima chiamata. Ammiro molto l'impegno nel migliorare, giorno dopo giorno, la Residenza. La struttura è in pieno centro, in zona a traffico limitato (non raggiungibile con l'auto). Nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi a pagamento e gratuiti. Nonostante la location sia situata in centro si riesce a dormire tranquillamente, senza rumori esterni. A pochi minuti di cammino si raggiunge la bellissima spiaggia di Tropea. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, con la jacuzzi in stanza. La colazione è stata servita in terrazza, con estrema cortesia dalle signore a ciò dedite, ed è stata molto abbondante. Inoltre la vista a 360 gradi di Tropea ha reso la colazione un bellissimo momento. Sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno, peccato sia durato poco. Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò anche ai miei amici. Da non dimenticare.. La struttura rispetta tutte le norme Covid. I stayed at this property a few weeks ago. I can only congratulate Saverio, the young owner, for his patience, kindness and availability, right from the first call. I really admire the commitment to improve the Residence day after day. The structure is in the center, in a restricted traffic area (not reachable by car). Nearby there are paid and free parking. Although the location is located in the center, you can sleep peacefully, without external noise. A few minutes walk takes you to the beautiful beach of Tropea. Our room was very spacious with a jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast was served on the terrace, with extreme courtesy by the ladies dedicated to this, and was very abundant. In addition, the 360 degree view of Tropea made breakfast a beautiful moment. I am very satisfied with the stay, too bad it didn't last long. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends too. Don't forget .. The property complies with all Covid regulations.
