Personale molto preparato che abbina la qualità ad una grande umanità e cuore nei confronti dei malati Un ringraziamento particolare alla Dott.ssa Saccardo e a tutti gli infermiere/i e assistenti. Great facility, especially the Hospice department. Very trained staff that combines quality with great humanity and heart towards the sick. Special thanks to Dr. Saccardo and to all the nurses and assistants.
E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi si è trovato bene qui probabilmente è il parente che fa la mezz'ora di visita. Io ho assistito fino alla fine mia mamma in hospice ed è stata un'esperienza da dimenticare. Spero nel frattempo il personale sia cambiato. Io ho vissuto giorno e notte lì quasi un mese , tanta superficialità, risate, chiacchiere, passano ore senza che nessuno passi a controllare il paziente. Ed è gente che sta morendo. Tornassi indietro, mia mamma la riporterei a vivere i suoi ultimi giorni a casa. Non lascerei un mio caro lì neppure un minuto da solo. Competenti e sensibili solo 3 infermieri /oss, gli altri hanno sbagliato lavoro. Tutto già segnalato alla direzione a suo tempo. E sono giorni che non dimenticherò mai. E le persone che mi hanno sostituita nell'assistenza qualche ora confermano quanto da me vissuto. Whoever felt comfortable here is probably the relative who makes the half hour visit. I attended my mother in hospice until the end and it was an experience to forget. I hope the staff have changed in the meantime. I lived there day and night for almost a month, so much superficiality, laughter, chatter, hours go by without anyone going to check on the patient. And it is people who are dying. Go back, my mom would bring her back to live her last days at home. I wouldn't leave a loved one there for a minute alone. Competent and sensitive only 3 nurses / obs, the others have done the wrong job. All already reported to the management at the time. And it's days I'll never forget. And the people who replaced me in the assistance for a few hours confirm what I experienced.
C	Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura , personale per niente qualificato, maleducati, medici inesperti, non sono organizzati ma sono capaci solo a tirar cassetto a fine mese. Bugiardi e insensibili verso i famigliari e l’ospite. Almeno le operatrici sono gentili e sembrano essere amorevoli verso gli ospiti. In quanto all’amministrazione una vergogna!!!! Se c’è un problema o non rispondono al telefono o ti passano un qualsiasi collega a cui non è stato comunicato nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura Bad structure, unqualified staff, rude, inexperienced doctors, they are not organized but are only able to pull out the drawer at the end of the month. Liars and insensitive to family members and guests. At least the operators are nice and seem to be loving towards the guests. As for the administration, a shame !!!! If there is a problem they either do not answer the phone or pass you any colleague to whom nothing has been communicated. I strongly advise against this structure
S	Stella Dal Santo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire riguardo le cure del paziente, ma non tollero come figlia che mi sia stato negato l ultimo saluto a Mia mamma solo perché non vaccinata, ma con tanto di tampone appena effettuato. Penso che per i pazienti ai quali vengono diagnosticati pochi giorni di vita sia necessario il conforto di un familiare, che seguire delle regole senza senso dettate da una burocrazia che ha perso di umanità. Nothing to say about the patient's care, but I do not tolerate as a daughter that I was denied the last farewell to my mother just because she was not vaccinated, but with a lot of swab just carried out. I think that for patients diagnosed with a few days of life, the comfort of a family member is necessary, rather than following senseless rules dictated by a bureaucracy that has lost its humanity.

All’inizio siete stati disponibili e ci avete chiamato tante volte per le coordinate bancarie e quando avete avuto subito la cauzione più sentiti neanche quando c’erano problemi. Avete detto che la mia nonna non ha potuto venire in visita dal nonno perché non in possesso del green pass ma siete dei bugiardi perché la mia nonna ha il super greee pass visto che ha fatto il booster il 20 dicembre con tanto di certificato. Ma non vi basta e le regole le fate voi vi va bene far venire la depressione agli anziani tanto basta che paghino. Lasciate perdere lo psicologo in struttura. Andateci voi!! Poi la gente muore di notte e vi accorgete la mattina perché di notte non passa mai nessuno. Come era scritto nel giornale di Vicenza meno di un mese fa. Rude arrogant and you make the laws! C	Cristina Dal Santo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io posso solo condividere la mia esperienza papà ha passato i suoi ultimi giorni di vita in hospice, a casa non era più possibile seguirlo avendo lui una ascite e non riuscendo più a trasportarlo avanti e indietro dal reparto di cure palliative dell'ex ospedale di Thiene. Tutto il personale è tuttora, nonostante siano passati anni ,nel nostro cuore. Sono stati gentilissimi, premurosi e presenze silenziose e discrete lasciando a noi familiari l'intimità con papà presenti e solerti quando necessario. Di mestiere io sono operatrice socio sanitaria da vent'anni. A papà avevamo promesso che mai l'avremmo lasciato solo e così é stato, siamo stati con lui dandoci il turno 24ore su 24 . L'esperienza dell'hospice porta sempre con sé un bagaglio di dolore perché é comunque legato ad un lutto, del resto le cure palliative servono ad alleviare il passaggio non certo a portare alla guarigione. Rinnovo il mio grazie da parte mia,di mamma e dei miei fratelli a tutto il personale. All the staff are still, despite the past years, in our heart. I have been a social health worker for twenty years by trade. We promised dad that we would never leave him alone and so it was, we were with him giving us the round-the-clock shift. The hospice experience always brings with it a baggage of pain because it is still linked to a bereavement, after all, palliative care serves to alleviate the transition certainly not to lead to healing. I renew my thanks from me, my mother and my brothers to all the staff.
