Residence dotato di servizi utilissimi come lavanderia e asciugatrice. Consiglio vivamente anche a famiglie con bambini come noi. Vacanza piacevole, disponibilità massima dei gestori. Peccato per la pioggia, che per la vacanza fortunatamente era solo di notte! ^_^ Abbiamo utilizzato con piacere i voucher messi a disposizione dalla proprietà per una colazione gratuita e l'ingresso al Museo (peccato che non sia solo stata possibile la guida perchè, come ci hanno riferito al Museo, in orari di apertura non è possibile per non creare assembramenti, ma fuori orari di apertura, a pagamento, si poteva fare). L'appartamento è servito da ascensore e da ogni genere di comodità, wifi compreso, e garage accessibile dalla struttura, poi supermercato sotto casa, farmacia a due passi e pizzeria e bar vicinissimi, e anche la ProLoco dove abbiamo prenotato una bella escursione al Giau. Posizione strategica per ogni tipo di escursione! Da ripetere sicuramente! The apartment is served by a lift and every kind of comfort, including wifi, and garage accessible from the structure, then supermarket under the house, pharmacy within walking distance and pizzeria and bars very close, and also the ProLoco where we booked a nice excursion to Giau . Strategic position for any type of excursion! Definitely to repeat!

Siamo stati accolti da Ingrid che ci ha presentato tutte i servizi della casa. La colazione è compresa ed è consumarla nel vicino bar Val Fiorentina. Molto soddisfatto! The apartment is spotless, comfortable and welcoming, located in the central square of Selva di Cadore. We were greeted by Ingrid who introduced us to all the services of the house. Breakfast is included and is consumed in the nearby Val Fiorentina bar. Very satisfied!

Riscaldamento autonomo efficiente. Garage privato. Locale tipo skiroom per ogni appartamento. Spesa per "sanificazione" eccessiva per singole notti. Welcoming apartments, well furnished, functional, bright. In our "Genzianella" double bathroom with hydromassage shower box. Efficient autonomous heating. Private garage. Local skiroom type for each apartment. Excessive expense for "sanitation" for single nights.

Il proprietario della struttura è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato nelle preziose mani della signora Angela, anch'essa molto disponibile, gentile e dolcissima! L'appartamento è STUPENDO, dispone di tutti i comfort per fare una bellissima vacanza sentendosi a casa anche se fuori regione. Super pulito!!! Quindi va incontro alle norme igienico sanitarie del covid. Fatte tutte in legno, ricordano proprio le baite di montagna, al suo interno se si è passato una giornata sulla neve si può godere del bellissimo calduccio e scegliere se immergersi in vasca o sedersi in doccia! Preparatissimi, hanno organizzato lavanderia a parte, zona dove riporre sci e oggetti ingombranti all'entrata (ognuno il suo numero) e garage con posti assegnati agli ospiti! Che dire.... Estasiata, innamorata delle vostre dolomiti e della gentilezza e cordialità che avete riservato per noi in questo momento storico che sta abbattendo lo spirito e le forze! Therefore it meets the health and hygiene standards of the covid. All made of wood, they are reminiscent of mountain huts, inside if you have spent a day on the snow you can enjoy the beautiful warmth and choose whether to immerse yourself in the tub or sit in the shower! Very well prepared, they have organized a separate laundry, an area for storing skis and bulky objects at the entrance (each its own number) and a garage with spaces assigned to guests! Wi-Fi and TV are included. Marvelous view. Indoor parking for one car per appartement. Nearest shop is about 10 metres far away :-). Main thing to mention is that feeling being in clean ambience!
