Non credo esistano posti migliori per rilassarsi, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, Giovanni con la sua storia ci ha fatto sentire parte di un posto che non è mai stato nostro, ora San Demetrio è nel nostro cuore, tant'è vero che siamo ritornati e ritorneremo ancora. La residenza è un posto bellissimo, le camere sono altrettanto belle ed è un buon modo per chi vuole evadere dalla città e non solo, perché la residenza si colloca in un posto strategico, vicino a molte attrazioni turistiche. Insomma, abbiamo alloggiato in tanti posti, in tutta Italia ma questo posto ci è rimasto nel cuore. Alice e Simone. Beautiful experience in the heart of Abruzzo. I don't think there are better places to relax, we immediately felt at home, Giovanni with his history made us feel part of a place that was never ours, now San Demetrio is in our heart, so much so that we are back and we will return again. The residence is a beautiful place, the rooms are just as beautiful and it is a good way for those who want to escape from the city and beyond, because the residence is located in a strategic place, close to many tourist attractions. f	fiorella baranello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una perla nel cuore dell'Abruzzo: il cliente è al centro della "mission" di Giovanni e Katia che ti fanno sentire subito come a casa e ti accolgono sempre con un sorriso, pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dalla prenotazione dei vari ristoranti al tour alle grotte di Stiffe. Le caratteristiche principali sono la pulizia e l'attenzione ai particolari: set di cortesia Trussardi, phon "vero", biancheria di prima scelta! Solo per citarne alcune! Torneremo sicuramente! CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Gestiscono insieme e con armonia una magnifica struttura, nuovissima e arredata con gusto e qualità. Hanno la capacità di donare un'accoglienza magnifica e far sentire l'ospite come a casa. Qualora vogliate, attraverso i loro innumerevoli contatti riescono ad organizzare le vostre giornate in maniera impeccabile e far si che riusciate a conoscere il territorio come una persona del posto. Sentitevi sicuri di prenotare da loro, sotto tutti i punti di vista hanno una dimora perfetta, vicino a tutto e quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per partire in esplorazione. Personalmente, io e mia moglie vogliamo ringraziarvi per l'accoglienza e la flessibilità che ci avete donato durante la nostra permanenza e per la qualità del servizio offerto ai nostri ospiti. La Residenza è un ex caserma dei Carabinieri completamente ristrutturata dai proprietari/titolari Giovanni e Katia, che oltre ad aver curato ogni minimo dettaglio della struttura (ogni camera possiede una particolarità) garantiscono un assistenza al cliente a 360°. La pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni è a dir poco eccellente. Anche per la colazione 10 stelle! Che dire, sicuramente torneremo presto. Grazie ancora Giovanni e Katia per aver reso il nostro soggiorno semplicemente unico. Un saluto da ROMA. ? We "stopped" a weekend in this splendid structure for the 1st time. The Residence is a former Carabinieri barracks completely renovated by the owners / owners Giovanni and Katia, who in addition to having taken care of every detail of the structure (each room has a particularity) guarantee a 360 ° customer service. La colazione è ottima, sia per gli amanti della colazione dolce che per la colazione salata. Il Sig. Giovanni, il proprietario, è una persona gentilissima che sa consigliare posti da visitare per conoscere e apprezzare a pieno questa parte di Abruzzo, bellissima! Consigliatissimo! Recently refurbished, the rooms are cozy and clean. We took a triple room for a weekend with friends and all three had a great time. The breakfast is excellent, both for sweet and savory breakfast lovers. Mr. Giovanni, the owner, is a very kind person who knows how to recommend places to visit to get to know and fully appreciate this beautiful part of Abruzzo! Highly recommended!

J	Justin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always question places with so many 5-star ratings, but Giovanni's Rseidenza Cappelli was worth more. We had a wonderful stay in such a perfect location to explore the Abruzzo region. Here you are close to everything from modern retail stores in L'Aquila to the charm and peacefulness of San Demitrio D'Vestini with its shops, markets, restaurants, and walkable streets. Lago di Sinizzo is worth the walk and easy to access. For cyclists, you are in the center of endless roads to explore. We spent our time in the Gran Sasso National Park and visited Rocco Caliscio. The drives were scenic, easy, full of wildlife, and the surrounding roads were great. Parking is easy and safe. As if that wasn't enough, Giovanni went out of his way to rescue us as our car broke down on a holiday weekend when all mechanics and tire shops were closed down. Within minutes, he called a friend and they were both on the side of the highway with me and I had nothing more to do as he coordinated the repair of my car while seeing to the comfort of my wife and children. His English is great and his kindness is unmatched. We'll be back to stay with Giovanni again.
