Nur - Badehaubenpflicht im Pool ist mittelalterlich!!! War in Österreich in den frühen 80ern schon ein Auslaufmodell!
 Everything as already mentioned by others. Highly recommended.
Only - wearing a bathing cap in the pool is medieval! Was already a discontinued model in Austria in the early 80s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo ad un passo dal lago, dalla location puoi ammirare il panorama e favolosi tramonti.
Con professionalità e cura Roberta e Monica si prendono cura degli appartamenti e degli spazi esterni dal giardino alla piscina.
Insomma ti fanno star bene lo consigliamo.
Beautiful place one step away from the lake, from the location you can admire the panorama and fabulous sunsets.
With professionalism and care Roberta and Monica take care of the apartments and outdoor spaces from the garden to the swimming pool.
In short, they make you feel good, we recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein Apartment zu viert und einen wunderschönen Woche. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Betreiberinnen sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir kurzfristig einem coronatest für unsere Heimreise benötigten und so gut wie keine Termine mehr in der Nähe verfügbar waren, wurde für uns sehr intensiv mehrere Tage recherchiert. Die Betreiberin hat uns einen Termin organisiert ohne den wir Stunden lang in der Sonne hätten warten müssen. Zudem war es für jemanden der kein italienisch spricht eigentlich unmöglich im Internet zu recherchieren geschweige denn einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hin fahren. Toller Ausblick auf den Gardasee und näher am Gardasee kann man auch nicht wohnen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit
We had an apartment for four and had a wonderful week. Everything is very clean and the operators are incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we needed a corona test at short notice for our journey home and there were hardly any appointments available in the area, we researched several days very intensively. The operator organized an appointment for us without which we would have had to wait for hours in the sun. In addition, it was actually impossible for someone who does not speak Italian to do research on the Internet, let alone make an appointment. We would go there again anytime. Great view of Lake Garda and you can't live closer to Lake Garda. Thank you for the great time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo stupendo per panorama, accoglienza. Personale gentile e sempre pronto a dare consigli su qualunque cosa. Posizione ideale per visitare tutto il basso lago di Garda. Sirmione e una bellissima cittadina con tutto ciò che si può desiderare, storia, terme, cucina e negozi.
Wonderful place for panorama, hospitality. Friendly staff always ready to give advice on anything. Ideal location for visiting all of the lower Lake Garda. Sirmione is a beautiful town with everything you could want, history, spas, cuisine and shops.

La Spiaggia brema formata da un grande prato d'erba è di fronte e permette di accedere al lago in un attimo.
Proprietarie gentili, accoglienti e disponibili per ogni esigenza del cliente.

Lakefront residence with private pool in a very quiet area but convenient to all services.
The bremen beach formed by a large lawn of grass is in front and allows you to access the lake in an instant.
The owners are kind, welcoming and available for every customer need.
Highly recommended !!
