Central location, spacious mini-apartment equipped with kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom with bidet, two terraces, TV, reserved parking space, lift, good price.
A	Alessio Bedana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento molto carino e accogliente pulito e completo di stoviglie, unica nota negativa dopo aver soggiornato 3 notti, posso dire che non è un appartamento per chi ha il sonno leggero, perchè si sente ogni piccolo rumore esterno,caldaia e frigorifero ogni 2 ore si attivano disturbando il sonno. Very nice and cozy apartment clean and complete with dishes, the only negative note after staying 3 nights, I can say that it is not an apartment for light sleepers, because you can hear every little external noise, boiler and refrigerator are activated every 2 hours disturbing sleep.

Wir kamen in das Apartment und es war schmutzig und unordentlich ohne Bettwäsche. Wir haben dann bei dem Apartment Inhaber angerufen der dann sehr unfreundlich war. Kurz darauf kam er zu uns und warf eine Bettwäsche im Müllbeutel zu uns ins Zimmer und sage wir sollen aufräumen weil das ist nicht sein Problem. Stornieren ging dann nur unter Drohung das wir den Rechtsanwalt beiziehen. (Wir wurden von diesen Herren auf das letzte Beschimpft nur weil wir ein sauberes Apartment wollten wo auch das Bett bezogen ist) Also jeder der da übernachten will sollte sich das sehr gut überlegen.... Very impolite!!! I tell you about the experience within the first and last hour of what I spent in it. We got into the apartment and it was dirty and messy with no sheets. We then called the apartment owner who was very unfriendly. Shortly afterwards he came to us and threw a bed linen in the trash bag into our room and said we should clean up because that is not his problem. Cancellation was only possible with the threat that we would call in the lawyer. (We were insulted by these gentlemen just because we wanted a clean apartment where the bed was made) So everyone who wants to stay there should think twice about it ...
M	Marcolino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caorle is an ancient Roman town, its prestine name was Caprulae. It has still an ancient church with cylindrical clock tower, like most of Byzantine towns. It was worldwide renown for Ernest Hemingway frequent visits in the fifties. Now it is a quite crowdy sea resort, just 60 kms north of Venice. Along the Levante sea shore lie several lines of hotels & holiday buildings. One of them is Solemar. Modern building, not in front of seaside, thus not noisy, but just 50 metres from it, so absolutely conveniently located.
