Patkovací místa v areálu, výtah a vozík na kufry k dispozici. Správce Felipe je fajn chlapík, rád si popovídá a poradí. Velký bazén, bohužel striktní časy kdy se otevře a zavře, večer dost brzy. Určitě dobrá volba za dobrou cenu. Nice holiday complex, strategic location. Close to everything, the beach, the supermarket, the historic center. Rooms clean, large enough. Shoe spaces on site, lift and trolley available. Manager Felipe is a nice guy, he likes to talk and advise. Large pool, unfortunately strict times when it opens and closes, in the evening quite early. Definitely a good choice for a good price.

Ottimo per le famiglie che hanno bisogno di relax.. il plus è rappresentato dalla piscina altro punto di forza della struttura!! Consigliato! Preis-Leistung einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder. Great, clean and central place to stay. There is a bakery directly opposite. Up to the old town approx. 5-10 minutes walking time. To the beach about 3 minutes walking time. Price-performance impeccable. We will be back.
G	Giada Sorato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIO IL RESIDENCE A TUTTI Esperienza pessima, parto dal principio: Prenotiamo su booking paghiamo con carta di credito appena effettuata la prenotazione. Subito dopo il pagamento arriva una mail con scritto che le lenzuola e asciugamani non erano comprese e che il costo era di €10 a persona che la piscina era chiusa e che la spiaggia non era più compresa causa covid. Al che chiamiamo la struttura per chiedere informazioni e ci hanno trattato con una maleducazione spaventosa, specialmente il signor Gastone é stato un grandissimo maleducato, abbiamo provato a cancellare ma purtroppo la prenotazione era non rimborsabile. Siamo andati in struttura e anche lì sono stati molto scortesi. Nell'appartamento materassi scomodissimi, lampadina della cucina bruciata, condizionatore che perdeva acqua. Riassunto non ne vale la pena. SCONSIGLIATTISIMO!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RESIDENCE TO ALL Bad experience, I start from the beginning: We book on booking we pay by credit card as soon as the booking is made. Immediately after payment, an email arrives stating that the sheets and towels were not included and that the cost was € 10 per person that the swimming pool was closed and that the beach was no longer included due to covid. To which we call the structure to ask for information and they treated us with a frightening rudeness, especially Mr. Gastone was a great rude, we tried to cancel but unfortunately the booking was non-refundable. We went to the facility and they were very rude there too. In the apartment uncomfortable mattresses, burnt kitchen light bulb, air conditioner leaking water. Summary is not worth it. SCONSIGLIATTISIMO !!!!
g	gigia be on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence molto bello e ottima posizione peccato che gli appartamenti all arrivo non sono molto puliti, e che le regole della piscina non vengano rispettate perché non c'è nessuno che controlla, sopratutto l obbligo della cuffia che nessuno indossa e trovi capelli ovunque. Very nice residence and excellent location. It is a pity that the apartments on arrival are not very clean, and that the rules of the swimming pool are not respected because there is no one who controls, especially the obligation to wear a cap that no one wears and finds hair everywhere.

Appartamenti bellisssi e comodi, con piscina. Da ritornarci anche il prossimo anno. In this residence I lodged my twins with dad and grandparents, I will go there too in 2 weeks always with them. Beautiful and comfortable apartments with swimming pool. To return again next year.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati il water era sporco e abbiamo fatto ripulire l'appartamento. Il microonde era rotto il telecomando del condizionatore non funzionava e la televisione non prendeva la Rai. Dopo tre giorni di vari interventi del manutentore il soggiorno è migliorato. Da cambiare assolutamente i materassi del divano letto!. Il mio consiglio alla agenzia che lo affitta è di verificare prima che entrino gli ospiti che tutto funzioni e sia pulito per evitare brutte figure.... Ascensore presente e molto utile. Parcheggio riservato. Piscina sotto casa pulita e con poca gente, 10 minuti a piedi e sei in centro, 3 minuti a piedi e sei in spiaggia, forno buonissimo a 1 minuto. Caorle, perla veneta, detta da un romagnolo, é un commento che vale doppio. ? Location in Levante perfect for families.
