m	marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiornato dal 24 al 31 agosto 2019. Struttura vicinissima alla spiaggia. Appartamenti nuovi e tenuti in modo encomiabile,hanno tutto il necessario per passare una piacevole vacanza (addirittura un televisore in ogni stanza). Molto gentili e presenti i proprietari che cercano di risolvere in tempi brevissimi eventuali problemi (mai avuti). Unico piccolo neo il rumore fatto dal camion della raccolta dell'immondizia in orari poco indicati....ma qs non è certamente una loro colpa. Animazione soft ma piacevole e poco invadente. Stayed from 24 to 31 August 2019. Structure very close to the beach. New and praiseworthy apartments have everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday (even a TV in every room). The owners who try to solve any problems (never had) are very kind and present. Only small mole the noise made by the garbage collection truck at times not indicated .... but qs is certainly not their fault. Soft but pleasant and unobtrusive animation.

Buon punto per la vicinanza alla spiaggia, alla pineta minita di parco giochi e ai vari servizi. Un poco distante dal centro di Alba e dalla farmacia. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Da evitare il lato che affaccia sull'hotel sporting perché dalla mattina presto c'è confusione e rumore. Consigliato. New structure with lift. Well maintained and clean. Room, kitchen and bathroom in good condition. Good point for its proximity to the beach, to the small pine forest of the playground and to the various services. Not far from the center of Alba and the pharmacy. Friendly and helpful owners. Avoid the side facing the sporting hotel because from the early morning there is confusion and noise. Recommended.
F	Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Residence a neanche 100 metri dalla spiaggia, con parcheggio privato e convenzione con stabilimento balneare (una sdraio, un lettino e ombrellone inclusi nella tariffa giornaliera). La conduzione è familiare, i Proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Ci è stato assegnato un bilocale spazioso e tranquillo al piano terra, con i comfort necessari e intimo terrazzino. Ci siamo sentiti talmente 'a casa' che abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno. Insomma 5 stelle e torneremo la prossima estate!.

Presenza di ascensore per accedere agli appartamenti ai piani superiori e al parcheggio interno al piano seminterrato. Siamo stati benissimo, in appartamento al piano terra, spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort, con ampio terrazzino. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e discreti, sempre attenti a rendere la nostra vacanza il più confortevole possibile. L'animazione molto coinvolgente e divertente ma mai insistente. Il nostro giudizio complessivo è superpositivo!!! Grazie di tutto e a presto! Residence in a central position with respect to all services and very close to the beach. Presence of a lift to access the apartments on the upper floors and the internal parking in the basement. We had a great time, in an apartment on the ground floor, spacious, very clean and equipped with all comforts, with a large terrace. The owners were very kind and discreet, always careful to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. Very engaging and fun but never insistent animation. Our overall rating is super positive !!! Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Avevamo un trilocale con splendido balcone abitabile con vista mare, appartamento molto curato e confortevole. Tutte le misure di sicurezza Covid rispettate. Unica pecca zona davvero troppo rumorosa a causa della vicinanza delle cucine di un hotel che causava soste lunghissime dei camion per la raccolta della spazzatura che passano prestissimo la mattina. Nel complesso comunque da consigliare Great location a few meters from the beach. Very kind and friendly owners. We had a three-room apartment with a splendid balcony overlooking the sea, a very nice and comfortable apartment. All Covid security measures respected. The only flaw is that the area is really too noisy due to the proximity of the kitchens of a hotel that caused very long stops for the garbage collection trucks that pass very early in the morning. Appartamento ben igenizzato a prova covid, cucina rifornita con tutto il necessario addirittura lo schiaccia patate e telecomando tv imbustati singolarmente. Proprietari gentilissimi. É gestito direttamente dai proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, sono molto attenti al rispetto delle norme anti Covid. Il residence é pulitissimo, gli appartamenti sono comodi e dotati di ogni confort: cucina accessoriata, camera matrimoniale ampia, aria condizionata, cassaforte, balcone abitabile ove consumare volendo ogni pasto, tenda da sole e tapparelle motorizzate , ventilatore a soffitto. Nell'appartamento é compreso il servizio spiaggia. La struttura offre anche la possibilità di noleggiare le biciclette per escursioni lungo la meravigliosa pista ciclabile che collega per molti km le località balneari di questa zona del teramano. La struttura è consigliatissima alle famiglie. The residence is really a few steps from the sea. It is managed directly by the very kind and extremely helpful owners, who are very attentive to compliance with anti Covid regulations. The residence is very clean, the apartments are comfortable and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, air conditioning, safe, balcony where you can eat any meal if you want, awning and motorized shutters, ceiling fan. The beach service is included in the apartment. The structure also offers the possibility to rent bicycles for excursions along the wonderful cycle path that connects the seaside resorts of this area of Teramo for many kilometers. The property is highly recommended for families.
