Problemy z ciepłą wodą pod prysznicem (wieczorem), słaby zasięg i zrywające wi-fi, spadająca lampa pod okapem i wieszak w kuchni. Do tego wszystkiego oczekują od gości posprzątania apartamentu. Apart from a good location and parking, the property offers nothing to guests. Problems with hot water in the shower (in the evening), poor coverage and breaking wi-fi, falling lamp under the eaves and a hanger in the kitchen. In addition, they expect their guests to clean the apartment.

Mi è solo un po’ mancata la lavastoviglie … toccando a me il servizio in cucina l’avrei gradita molto. Arredamento spartano, pulizia ineccepibile, consigliato per le famiglie e per gli amanti della quiete. A comfortable apartment with a terrace in front of a suggestive Dolomite panorama that to appreciate as a whole you have to stay upside down. I just missed the dishwasher a little ... I would have appreciated the service in the kitchen very much. Spartan furnishings, impeccable cleanliness, recommended for families and lovers of peace.
M	Mario Pio Contessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 presso l'abitazione n.7 sita al primo piano del Residence. L'esperienza è stata piacevolissima sia per 'l'appartamento sia per l'ubicazione complessiva dello stesso. Riguardo all'appartamento va detto che è finemente arredato, dotato di fornelli a induzione, bagno di recente costruzione oltre a due camere matrimoniali. Il residence in generale è molto silenzioso e caratterizzato da una pulizia eccezionale. La posizione invece è superlativa: alloggiate sotto la Marmolada ovvero la Regina delle Dolomiti ( potete recarvi presso la funivia a piedi !), siete distanti ad un'ora e mezzo da Cortina, 30 minuti da Lagazuoi, un'ora e venti da Lavaredo. Il check in lo svolgerete presso l'albergo "Malga Ciapela", a pochi km dal residence, gestito dalla medesima proprietà, ove sarete accolti da un personale straordinario. Qui potrete accedere ai servizi di ristorazione e fare colazione, pranzo e cena . Si tratta di un'ambiente molto accogliente, "tipico da montagna", sarete accolti da uno splendido camino, un biliardino per il calcio balilla grazie al quale vengono organizzati splendidi tornei, fare giochi da tavola. In altre parole potrete trascorre momenti pieni di serenità , staccare "la spina" dalla routine sarà facilissimo. Cibo e disponibilità super ! Vi consiglio di accomodarvi, sorseggiare una splendida tisana e leggere un buon libro. La mattina della partenza la direzione ci ha offerto persino la colazione. Torneremo prestissimo: Qualità/prezzo super. Consigliatissimo We stayed in 4 at the house n.7 located on the first floor of the Residence. The experience was very pleasant both for the apartment and for the overall location of the same. Regarding the apartment it must be said that it is finely furnished, equipped with induction cookers, a newly built bathroom as well as two double bedrooms. The residence in general is very quiet and characterized by exceptional cleanliness. The location, on the other hand, is superb: you are staying under the Marmolada or the Queen of the Dolomites (you can go to the cable car on foot!), You are an hour and a half from Cortina, 30 minutes from Lagazuoi, an hour and twenty from Lavaredo. You will check in at the "Malga Ciapela" hotel, a few kilometers from the residence, managed by the same owner, where you will be welcomed by an extraordinary staff. Here you can access the restaurant services and have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a very welcoming environment, "typical of the mountains", you will be welcomed by a splendid fireplace, a table football table thanks to which splendid tournaments are organized, table games are played. In other words, you can spend moments full of serenity, unplugging "the plug" from the routine will be very easy. Super food and availability! I recommend that you sit down, sip a splendid herbal tea and read a good book. On the morning of our departure, the management even offered us breakfast. Un discreto servizio fa da benvenuto ad una struttura in la con gli anni, ma con una cucina nuova ed ad un'appartamento tutto sommato comodo. Letti e cuscini molto comodi, moquette morbida, bagno vecchio ma completo di servizi, cucina con nuovo arredo compreso di fornello ad induzione, lavastoviglie da 12 coperti, frigo nuovo e tutto di marca Candy. C'è tutto quello che serve per dormire, lavarsi e mangiare. Ottimo per qualsiasi tipo di vacanza: dal weekend alla settimana di ferie, dalle festività al fuori stagione. PS. 1- portarsi via una tovaglia 2- se l'induzione non funziona, spegnere e riaccendere il contatore A good experience spent for three days at the foot of the Marmolada. A discreet service welcomes a structure that has grown over the years, but with a new kitchen and a comfortable apartment. Very comfortable beds and pillows, soft carpet, old bathroom but complete with services, kitchen with new furniture including induction cooker, 12 place dishwasher, new fridge and all by Candy brand. There is everything you need to sleep, wash and eat. Great for any type of holiday: from the weekend to the week of holidays, from holidays to off-season. PS. 1- take away a tablecloth 2- if the induction does not work, turn the counter off and on again
