M	Mattia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione strategica e struttura buona. Titolare troppo insistente e scettico. Appena arrivati ha ribadito più e più volte che avrebbe usato la cauzione contro qualsiasi problematica che sarebbe sorta, forse probabilmente perché eravamo ragazzi di 17/18 anni. Infatti, dopo aver aggiustato una sedia di legna che era già aperta e in pessime condizioni, un ragazzo si è seduto sopra e dopo poco è caduto all’indietro sbattendo contro la porta. A seguito di tutto ciò abbiamo presentato la sedia al proprietario che dopo continue lamentele ci ha rassicurato sul fatto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi.. tornati a casa ci ha riferito che avrebbe tenuto 50€ di cauzione, di cui 30€ per la sedia ( a detta sua da sistemare dal falegname) e 20€ per la tinteggiatura ( danni che non sono stati provati). As soon as they arrived he reiterated over and over that he would use the bail against any problems that would arise, perhaps probably because we were 17/18 years old. In fact, after fixing a wooden chair that was already open and in poor condition, a boy sat on it and after a while he fell backwards slamming against the door. Following all this, we presented the chair to the owner who, after constant complaints, reassured us that there would be no problems .. when he returned home he told us that he would keep a € 50 deposit, of which € 30 for the chair ( according to him to be fixed by the carpenter) and € 20 for painting (damages that have not been proven).

L'appartamento disponeva di cucina con divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale con anche letto piccolo, due terrazzi e bagno. Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Hanno accettato anche i nostri gattini. Lo consiglio caldamente. ?? Excellent residence. We were the week of August 24th to 31st. The apartment had a kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a small bed, two terraces and a bathroom. All new and very clean. The owners are very kind and very helpful. We felt at home. They also accepted our kittens. I highly recommend it. ??

Al 99 %sicuramente ritorneremo ??... ???!! Kindness absolutely out of the ordinary of the people who manage the residence, very nice apartment, clean and quiet ... At 99% we will definitely return ?? ... ??? !!
E	Eleonora Palermo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo tornati oggi dal residence, siamo stati una settimana. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, i proprietari sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Noi eravamo in 4 con una cagnolina cucciola. Il posto è in una posizione ottimale, vicino alla spiaggia ( tra l'altro il bagno Ben è proprio quello attrezzato per i cani) e vicino a gelateria, farmacia, Conad . We returned from the residence today, we stayed a week. We had a great time, the owners are very kind and extremely available. We were 4 with a puppy dog. The place is in an optimal position, near the beach (among other things, the Ben bathroom is the one equipped for dogs) and near the ice cream shop, pharmacy, Conad.

Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni nostra esigenza. Ci tornerò sicuramente se dovrò soggiornare nuovamente a Cervia Great location near the beach. We rented a one bedroom apartment, not too big but with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Very kind owners and always available to solve our every need. I will definitely stay here again if I have to stay in Cervia again

Devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto del bilocale ampio e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare tranquilli. Ma il pezzo forte è stato l'ampio e lungo balcone, dotato di sedie, tavolo e due stendini. Perfetto è il posto macchina privato e gratuito, e poi alla reception sono stati molto gentili e cordiali. Quindi, per finire, è un ottimo posto per passare una bella vacanza in piena libertà. Beautiful structure a stone's throw from the sea and with a free beach nearby. I must say that I was satisfied with the large two-room apartment with everything you need for a peaceful stay. But the highlight was the large and long balcony, equipped with chairs, table and two drying racks. Perfect is the private and free parking space, and then at the reception they were very kind and friendly. So, to top it off, it is a great place to spend a nice holiday in complete freedom.
