M	MARIA Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punti di forza di questa struttura sicuramente la vicinanza al mare, la comodità di avere anche il servizio spiaggia e vicino anche per la passeggiata serale. La disponibilità della proprietaria e della sua collaboratrice, Angela è impagabile, ti fanno sentire coccolati e cercano di venire incontro alle più diverse esigenze, solo i box doccia almeno nella mia stanza e un po' piccolo, cmq grazie per il confortevole!!! Strengths of this structure certainly the proximity to the sea, the convenience of having the beach service and also close to the evening walk. The availability of the owner and her collaborator, Angela is priceless, they make you feel pampered and try to meet the most different needs, only the shower at least in my room and a little small, cmq thanks for the comfortable !!!
C	Carlo Panzetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è ben curata, a pochissimi passi dal mare ed è ubicata in Viale del Sole, sicuramente uno dei luoghi più tranquilli di Ascea. Sul viale dove è situato il residence si affacciano infatti belle villette abitate da privati. La spiaggia è a pochissimi metri. Unica nota stonata : i lavori della parte sul versante mare del residence, che non hanno mai avuto fine e che conferiscono alla struttura un' aria da work in progress. The structure is well maintained, a few steps from the sea and is located in Viale del Sole, certainly one of the most peaceful places in Ascea. In fact, on the avenue where the residence is located there are beautiful villas inhabited by private individuals. The beach is a few meters away. The only discordant note: the work of the part on the side of the residence sea, they never end and give the structure an 'air to be work in progress.

I have been staying here for two years for my family holidays ... and I think I will continue ... the residence satisfies every need, nothing is missing and the descent to the sea is priceless .... just as the outdoor shower is priceless. with hot water a hand from heaven to wash the children ....

Consigliata per una vacanza in totale relax. Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the sea. Angela and Maria Federica very kind and helpful. Private beach well maintained by the friendly Ilario. Recommended for a totally relaxing holiday.

Ottimo il servizio spiaggia e un ringraziamento a Maria Federica e Angela per la gentilezza e l’ottima ospitalità. Consigliato! Beautiful property very close to the sea and the center. Per andare a loro spiaggia privata basta attraversare la strada... Pochi ombrelloni e lettini Tt nuovi e pulitissimi Wonderful week in this residence. Brand new structure, modern furniture and very clean Tt. To go to their private beach just cross the road ... Few umbrellas and Tt new and spotless sunbeds

Cortesia, disponibilità, professionalità, pulizia eccellente degli ambienti interni ed esterni, a tre minuti dal mare e da punti di ristoro, frequentato sempre da persone perbene in cerca di tranquillità. Dopo esserci tornata per il terzo anno consecutivo il mio giudizio è sempre positivo, su tutto, grazie a chi gestisce con passione e professionalità impeccabile la struttura, un laudo particolare alla dolcissima e precisa sig.na Angela che affianca l'attenta e presente sig.ra Federica. In una sola parola li definisco impeccabili. Per chi è in cerca di una vacanza rilassante è la struttura ideale. A 4-star Residence to which to give 5 stars. Courtesy, helpfulness, professionalism, excellent cleanliness of internal and external environments, three minutes from the sea and from refreshment points, always frequented by respectable people in search of tranquility. After returning for the third consecutive year my opinion is always positive, on everything, thanks to those who manage the structure with passion and impeccable professionalism, a particular praise to the sweet and precise Miss Angela who supports the attentive and present Mr. Federica. In one word I define them flawless. For those looking for a relaxing holiday this is the ideal structure.

Un elogio speciale a Maria Federica e Angela che gestiscono il residence in maniera impeccabile, con professionalità, cura per i particolari ed efficienza. Il mare è a due passi e la spiaggia è tenuta benissimo. Che dire, se fosse possibile darei 10 stelle! Ideal residence for families with children. The structure is very well kept: we stayed in the studio and it is equipped with everything you need. A special praise to Maria Federica and Angela who manage the residence impeccably, with professionalism, attention to detail and efficiency. The sea is a stone's throw away and the beach is very well kept. What can I say, if it were possible I would give 10 stars!
