T	To Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind bereits 2 Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft gewesen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder dorthin fahren. Hier kann man ganz entspannten Urlaub machen und sich auf die Natur, die Umgebung und auf sich selbst konzentrieren. Es ist eine Unterkunft mit Selbsverpflegung, dafür steht alles bereit. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig. Dennoch ist man hier abseits vom Konsum und großer Hotelketten. Hier hat man direkt am Pool, auf dem Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht oder direkt am Lago (keine 3 Gehminuten entfernt) die Möglichkeit, seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Besitzerin ist immer freundlich und hilft bei allem wenn es mal kleine oder größere Sorgen gibt. We have already been to this lovely property 2 times and will definitely go back there again. Here you can have a relaxing holiday and concentrate on nature, the surroundings and on yourself. It is self-catering accommodation, so everything is ready. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Nevertheless, one is away from consumption and large hotel chains. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy your holiday right by the pool, on the balcony with the beautiful view or directly on the lake (less than 3 minutes' walk away). The owner is always friendly and helps with everything if there are minor or major concerns.
S	Shark Design on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis” Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels am Gardasee war ich vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis enttäuscht und der einstufung von zwei Sternen im vergleich mit allen mir bekannten 2 Sternen Hotels/Residenzen (Wir kommen seit 40 Jahren an den Gardasee) ist eine verfehlung. Um zu dem Hotel zu kommen müssen sie eine gewaltige Steigung nehmen ein Shuttle-Service wird nicht angeboten. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, kein Fernseher, schlechtes Wifi, es gab keinen Safe, kein Frühstück. die Matrazen sollten 6 Monate alt sein eine luftmatratze bietet besseren komfort, keinen Service im Hotel. Die Aussicht ist toll und der Pool ist groß aber es ist gefährlich für Kinder kein Aufsichtspersonal, Kinderpielsachen wie Lufttiere nicht erlaubt. Saubermachen besteht aus einen Staubsauger einzusetzen und zwei zwei Gießkannen Chlor ohne prüfung ins Becken zu leeren. Um frische Brötchen zu bekommen haben sie einen Weg von 2,9 km zurück zulegen bring/hol Service wird nicht geboten. Fazit: dieses Hotel/Residence ist Kinderunfreundlich, es ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, sehr laut (stiel von 1980) und bietet keinen kompfort. Für Ältere Menschen nicht geeignet wegen der Steigung höchstens ein Stern. Die Preise stehen in keinem Verhältnis zum Angebot "Bad price-performance ratio" Compared to other hotels on Lake Garda, I was disappointed with the price-performance ratio and the two-star rating Compared to all of the 2 star hotels / residences I know (we've been coming to Lake Garda for 40 years) is a mistake. To get to the hotel you have to take a huge incline, a shuttle service is not offered. The room was very spartan, no TV, poor wifi, no safe, no breakfast. the mattresses should be 6 months old an air mattress offers better comfort, no service in the hotel. The view is great and the pool is big but it is dangerous for children, no supervisory staff, children's toys such as aerial animals are not allowed. Cleaning consists of using a vacuum cleaner and emptying two two watering cans of chlorine into the pool without testing. To get fresh bread they have to cover a distance of 2.9 km. Bring / pick up service is not offered. Conclusion: this hotel / residence is not child friendly, it is getting on in years, very loud (stalk from 1980) and offers no comfort. Not suitable for the elderly because of the slope at most one star. The prices are in no relation to the offer
H	Hanna Malina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren 4 Nächte mit unserem kleinen Hund hier untergebracht. Es war ein schöner kurzer Aufenthalt, der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Seeblick von unserem Balkon aus. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und dabei konnte man ebenfalls den Lago di Garda erblicken. Lg bis zum nächsten mal We stayed here for 4 nights with our small dog. It was a nice short stay, the service was very nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful view of the lake from our balcony. The breakfast was sufficient and you could also see the Lago di Garda. Lg see you next time
N	Nora Schulz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unseren Urlaub in einem großen 3-Zimmer-Apartment der Anlage verbracht. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick über den Gardasee, der die doch etwas steilere Anfahrt am Berg schnell wieder wettgemacht hat. Die Inhaberin war immer sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Die Unterkunft war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts nahezu ausgebucht, was man jedoch (bis an den parkenden Autos) kaum gemerkt hat. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, wenige Meter bis zum See (man muss allerdings eine ordentliche Steigung gehen, was gut für die Kondition ist...). Supermarkt, Strand, Pizzeria und das Stadtzentrum alles gut erreichbar, es verkehrt auch stündlich ein Bus. Die Zimmerausstattung war zwecksmäßig und gemütlich, der fehlende Fernseher hat uns nicht gestört - im Gegenteil! Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle auch nochmal an Graziella, die immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatte und gerne bereit war, uns ein wenig mit dem Italienischen vertraut zu machen! ;) We spent our vacation in a large 3-room apartment in the complex. From the balcony we had a wonderful view over Lake Garda, which quickly made up for the somewhat steeper approach to the mountain. The owner was always very helpful and kind. The accommodation was almost fully booked at the time of our stay, which was hardly noticeable (except for the parked cars). Very nice and quiet location, a few meters to the lake (you have to walk a decent slope, which is good for your condition ...). Supermarket, beach, pizzeria and the city center are all easily accessible, there is also an hourly bus. The room furnishings were functional and comfortable, the lack of a TV didn't bother us - on the contrary! Greetings at this point to Graziella, who always had an open ear for us and was happy to familiarize us a little with Italian! ;)
