Piuttosto vicino all'impianto di risalita del Resciesa, come praticamente tutti gli appartamenti / residence di Ortisei, è collocato in alto, e rende necessario affrontare una discreta salitella quando si viene dal paese es. con la spesa... Tutto ottimo esercizio per le gambe! Il residence dispone anche del posto auto, di un ottimo wifi, e della possibilità di utlizzare lavatrice + asciugatrice. The residence is nice and the owners are kind and helpful. Rather close to the Resciesa ski lift, like practically all the apartments / residences in Ortisei, it is located at the top, and makes it necessary to face a decent climb when coming from the village eg. with shopping ... All good exercise for the legs! The residence also has a parking space, an excellent wifi, and the possibility of using a washing machine + dryer.

L'edificio si trova a pochissima distanza dalla funivia del Resciesa e a 10 minuti circa a piedi dal centro (la camminata per ritornate dal centro è tutta in salita e un pochino impegnativa!) Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto nel monolocale, assieme al nostro cagnolone Jordan, accolto con simpatia e gentilezza dai proprietari del residence, persone assolutamente squisite. Il monolocale non è enorme (e d'altra parte diversamente non sarebbe un monolocale), ma ben arredato e comodo, ben attrezzato. Ottimo il rapporto qualità e prezzo. Complimenti a Michela e alla sua famiglia! The review can only be positive. The residence is in a panoramic position with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The building is located a short distance from the Resciesa cable car and about a 10-minute walk from the center (the walk back from the center is all uphill and a bit challenging!) We stayed during the week of August in the studio, together with our dog Jordan, welcomed with sympathy and kindness by the owners of the residence, absolutely exquisite people. The studio is not huge (and on the other hand, otherwise it would not be a studio apartment), but well furnished and comfortable, well equipped. Excellent quality and price ratio. Congratulations to Michela and her family!

We waren hier de 1 e week van maart in een prachtig uitgestrekt ski gebied. Warm and welcoming. Good price performance ratio. Good beds. Beautiful view of Ortisei. Good parking options. We were here the 1st week of March in a beautiful vast ski area.

The hosts are terrific, caring and warm, and that shows in all aspects of the establishment. The view is spectacular. The price you pay for this is that you face a steep walk up or down to get to the center of town…but it is not far. And, if you don’t care to walk, there is a bus stop about fifty meters from the front door. We love staying at places like this: Local, family run lodges established by people with ties to the community, and deep knowledge of it. Real people. Stay in a quality place like this and you will be well cared for, and at the same time, you know you are away someplace. Stay in a big fancy hotel, and you can hardly tell what city you are in. So, we have stayed in many small establishments like this over the years, and can confidently say that this is a super example of the type.
