Ci siamo trovati benissimo, camere pulite, personale disponibile e posizione strategica al centro di Bressanone. We were guests of this structure for a week. We had a great time, clean rooms, helpful staff and strategic location in the center of Bressanone.

Ci torno sempre molto volentieri. Il servizio a tavola scadente, il cibo discreto, lasciano a desiderare la colazione e sopratutto i dolci. La posizione è ottima, al centro di Bressanone. Clean rooms, Mrs. Gavina very kind and helpful, too bad for her unfriendly husband. The poor table service, the discreet food, leave the breakfast and especially the desserts to be desired. The location is great, in the center of Bressanone.

Non era la prima volta che ci soggiornavamo e come sempre ne posso solo che parlare bene. La camera assegnatoci era perfetta e con una vista mozzafiato. In sala i camerieri sono molto educati e disponibili. Cibo ottimo e abbondante. Si trova a due passi dal centro storico di Bressanone. La struttura è convenzionata con un parcheggio li poco distante, abbiamo pagato 30 euro per una settimana. Fantastico. I proprietari Marco e Gavina sono delle persone Eccezionali. Veramente consigliato. We were guests of the Residence Europa for a week in September. It was not the first time we stayed there and as always I can only speak well. The room assigned to us was perfect and with a breathtaking view. In the dining room, the waiters are very polite and helpful. Great and plentiful food. It is located a stone's throw from the historic center of Bressanone. The structure has an agreement with a parking lot nearby, we paid 30 euros for a week. Fantastic. The owners Marco and Gavina are exceptional people. Really recommended.

Però il cibo era a dir poco scadente,di bassissima qualità inoltre i camerieri ti rispondevano sempre con arroganza e scortesia. Peccato perché l'albergo è molto bello,ma non si può mangiare in modo così scadente. The place is also nice and well kept, clean rooms and the bathroom was also in order. But the food was poor to say the least, of very low quality and the waiters always answered you with arrogance and rudeness. Too bad because the hotel is very nice, but you can't eat so poorly.

Personale di sala, educato, veloce e molto scrupolo. Titolari molto disponibili e gentili. L'unica pecca, non possiede un parcheggio auto interno. Bisogna lasciare l'auto presso un multipiano convenzionato ché distante dall'albergo... difficoltoso per persone anziane e con problemi di deambulazione.. Per tutto il resto è un'ottima scelta Residence located a stone's throw from the center of Bressanone, excellent location. Excellent room cleaning. Excellent foods and generous portions. Room staff, polite, fast and very scrupulous. Very helpful and kind owners. The only flaw, it does not have an internal car park. You have to leave your car at an affiliated multi-storey that is far from the hotel ... difficult for elderly people and people with walking problems .. For everything else it is an excellent choice

In questa struttura essenziale e accogliente abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Un letto comodo per dormire, pulizia impeccabile e personale disponibile, posizione strategica e un un servizio ristorante davvero indimenticabile. Ringraziamo in particolare la signora Gavina il signor Marco e i ragazzi di sala che hanno soddisfatto con il sorriso ogni nostra esigenza. Rinnoviamo un affettuoso Buon anno. In this basic and welcoming structure we found everything we needed. A comfortable bed to sleep in, impeccable cleanliness and helpful staff, a strategic location and a truly unforgettable restaurant service.
