★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza di luglio con la famiglia prenotata tramite Airbnb. Si tratta di un piccolo villaggio turistico immerso nella campagna di San Vito dei Normanni.
I proprietari sono persone molto cordiali e gentili, i locali puliti. L'appartamento, una "villetta bifamiliare con piccola veranda all'aperto, non dispone di acqua potabile. L'acqua corrente arriva direttamente da un pozzo.
Ampi e comodi gli spazi all'aperto per stendere, parcheggiare e giocare con i bimbi.
Gradevole la piscina in comune.
Non do 5 stelle perché il letto matrimoniale aveva probabilmente una doga rotta e quindi si dormiva un po' storti e perché durante la ns permanenza abbiamo avuto piccoli disagi dovuti alla mancanza di energia elettrica e conseguentemente di acqua, cose non imputabili alla proprietà.
July vacation with the family booked through Airbnb. It is a small tourist village immersed in the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni.
The owners are very friendly and kind people, clean rooms. The apartment, a semi-detached house with a small outdoor veranda, does not have drinking water. Running water comes directly from a well.
Large and comfortable open spaces for hanging out, parking and playing with the children.
The shared swimming pool is pleasant.
I do not give 5 stars because the double bed probably had a broken slat and therefore we slept a little crooked and because during our stay we had small inconveniences due to the lack of electricity and consequently of water, things not attributable to the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo residence ben gestito dai proprietari, gentili e alla mano, pronti a soddisfare rapidamente ogni richiesta. Tanto Verde e ampi spazi di pertinenza alle casette. Un patio fornito di barbecue per ottime grigliate. Silenzioso e ventilato. Piscina piccola ma, proporzionata alla quantità di appartamenti presenti. Mai trovata affollata. Nota ulteriore di pregio: si possono fare bagni notturni in piscina con una suggestiva illuminazione della stessa in multi colore. Nota negativa l'assenza di un minimarket o bar; Bisogna andare in paese e sono 15 min di macchina.
Dimenticavo, un Po distante dal mare, ma se sei come me è ti piace vedere sempre cose nuove, non sarà un problema. In 20/30 min si possono raggiungere sia la splendida Ostuni che Brindisi. Da mensionare anche il vicino centro storico di Mesagne.
Small residence well managed by the owners, friendly and approachable, ready to quickly satisfy every request. Tanto Verde and large spaces belonging to the houses. A patio equipped with barbecue for excellent barbecues. Silent and ventilated. Small pool but, proportionate to the amount of apartments present. Never found it crowded. Further valuable note: you can have night swimming in the pool with a suggestive multi-color lighting. Negative note the absence of a minimarket or bar; You have to go to the village and it's a 15 minute drive.
I forgot, a Po far from the sea, but if you're like me it's always nice to see new things, it won't be a problem. In 20/30 min you can reach both the splendid Ostuni and Brindisi. Also mention the nearby historic center of Mesagne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Residence e' tenuto bene , comodo alla citta' e alle diverse spiagge. Peccato che NON HA ACQUA POTABILE ed ha un odore terribile, il Wi-Fi funziona a volte , noi in 15gg lo abbiamo usato con fatica ed essere isolati senza connessione x SMS o chiamate non e' bello ! Aggiungo anche la freddezza della proprietaria vista all inizio della vacanza e non e nemmeno passata a salutarci nonostante sia stata avvisata con preavviso x il controllo dell' appartamento. Non lo consiglio a nessuno x la scarsità dei servizi .
The Residence is well kept, convenient to the city and to the various beaches. Too bad it HAS NO DRINKING WATER and it smells terrible, the Wi-Fi works sometimes, we used it with difficulty in 15 days and being isolated without connection for SMS or calls is not nice! I also add the coldness of the owner seen at the beginning of the holiday and did not even come to greet us despite having been notified with advance notice for the control of the apartment. I do not recommend it to anyone x the scarcity of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo villaggio immerso tra gli uliveti di San Vito dei Normanni, ci ha regalato 2 rilassanti settimane. Molto curato e ospitale, graditissima la piscina, proprietari molto cordiali e gentili. Da ritornare.
Small village nestled among the olive groves of San Vito dei Normanni, gave us 2 relaxing weeks. Very nice and hospitable, very welcome the swimming pool, very friendly and kind owners. To return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben hier 3 dagen verbleven als gezin met 3 kinderen. Huis is ruim maar minimalistisch en vrij sfeerloos ingericht. Wel een nette keuken aanwezig. Matrassen zijn relatief hard en beddengoed en handdoeken zijn wegwerpmateriaal. Badkamer is ruim maar zeer onpraktisch. Douchen in bad met losse douchekop waardoor alles nat wordt. Warm en koud water niet goed te mengen waardoor douchen verre van comfortabel is. Da’s wel zwaar onder de maat en irritant. Verder zo goed als geen WiFi bereik in het huis. Op het terras voor het huis redelijke WiFi en bij de receptie en het zwembad (op 50mtr lopen) is het wel goed. Omdat het park nogal afgelegen ligt, is het mobiele netwerk ook zeer slecht. Dus zou je verwachten dat dan tenminste de WiFi in orde is maar helaas. Het park zelf is mooi groen en verzorgd en ook het zwembad is mooi en schoon. Er is ook nog een leuke kleine speeltuin voor kleuters bij de receptie. Met de auto ben je met 10 min. in het stadje waar restaurants, pizzeria’s en ook een Lidl is dus dat is prima. Al met al een redelijk verblijf maar ik zou het wss niet aanbevelen.
We stayed here for 3 days as a family with 3 children. The house is spacious but minimalistic and furnished with no atmosphere. There is a neat kitchen. Mattresses are relatively hard and bedding and towels are disposable. Bathroom is spacious but very impractical. Shower in bath with separate shower head so everything gets wet. Hot and cold water do not mix well, so showering is far from comfortable. That's seriously underrated and annoying. Furthermore, almost no WiFi range in the house. Reasonable WiFi on the terrace in front of the house and at the reception and the pool (walking 50 meters) it is good. Because the park is quite remote, the mobile network is also very poor. So you would expect that at least the WiFi is okay, but unfortunately. The park itself is beautifully green and well-maintained and the swimming pool is also nice and clean. There is also a nice little playground for toddlers at the reception. By car you are in 10 minutes in the town where restaurants, pizzerias and also a Lidl are, so that's fine. All in all a decent stay but I wouldn't recommend it.
