Gli appartamenti sono molto curati (i bagni sono arredati con ceramiche di Versace) in tipico stile locale; la gestione familiare è veramente di qualità e disponibile. Interessanti alcuni servizi come la consegna della colazione prenotata la sera prima ai prezzi del supermercato e senza alcun sovraccarico. Ottima tutta la sezione SPA necessaria per un bel rilassamento post-sciata. Garage comodissimo, skiroom, lavanderia e pulizie bisettimanali non guastano nel quadro complessivo. Se poi considerate che, attraversando il torrente, trovate un ristorante a dir poco eccezionale... Tirate voi le somme. Beyond all expectations. The apartments are well kept (the bathrooms are furnished with Versace ceramics) in typical local style; family management is truly quality and available. Some interesting services such as the delivery of breakfast booked the night before at supermarket prices and without any overloading. Excellent all the SPA section needed for a nice post-skiing relaxation. Very convenient garage, skiroom, laundry and bi-weekly cleaning do not spoil the overall picture. If you then consider that, crossing the stream, you find a restaurant to say the least exceptional ... You take the money.
S	Stefano Gasperini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire.. è il terzo anno che torno con la famiglia e sono sempre più esterefatto dalla gentilezza della proprietaria Mirka (sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema) e Giorgio, l' autista della navetta. Con orari prestabiliti e consoni a permettere spostamenti per le Stazioni del Seceda( pochi minuti) ed Alpe...praticamente a ridosso del residence. Nonostante sia un appartamento, la mattina Mirka , nella zona reception , fa trovare briosche e pane fresco?. Gli appuntamenti forniti di utensili di ogni tipo e macchina del caffè ( cialde free in reception ) Nella parte sotto per il relax post sciata un piccolo centro benessere fornito di sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio... Che aggiungere....da provare... What can I say .. it is the third year that I return with my family and I am more and more stunned by the kindness of the owner Mirka (always available for any problem) and Giorgio, the shuttle driver. With fixed and suitable schedules to allow transfers to the Seceda Stations (few minutes) and Alpe ... practically close to the residence. Despite being an apartment, in the morning Mirka, in the reception area, has briosche and fresh bread trovare. Appointments provided with tools of every type and coffee machine (free pods at the reception) In the lower part for post-skiing relaxation there is a small wellness center equipped with sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool ... What to add .... to try ...

Gli appartamenti pulitissimi, nuovi e forniti di tutte le necessità. La SPA molto pulita e estremamente piacevole. Lo strudel offerto gentilmente ed a sorpresa dalla Sig.ra Mirka veramente eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente, nessuna critica, solo elogi!!!! Beautiful experience! We have just returned. Excellent position both to go to the village and to the ski lifts, Mrs. Mirka and Mr. Giorgio very kind. The apartments were spotless, new and equipped with all necessities. The SPA very clean and extremely pleasant. The strudel kindly and surprisingly offered by Mrs. Mirka is truly exceptional. I highly recommend it, no criticism, only praise !!!!

L'accoglienza e la professionalità della signora Mirka fa sentire subito a proprio agio. L'appartamento era perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista: la pulizia è stata meticolosa, l'arredamento è di qualità e gli ambienti sono organizzati molto bene. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere sia il centro che la vicina piscina. Incluso nel prezzo si hanno a disposizione anche le mountain bike di ottima qualità e anche le bici elettriche. Il centro benessere è molto grande ed accogliente, nei giorni in cui siamo stati era praticamente tutto per noi. Infine lo strudel offerto da Mirka effettivamente è il più buono di quelli che abbiano mangiato in giro (e li abbiamo assaggiati veramente in quasi tutte le pasticcerie e bar dei dintorni). Insomma, tutto perfetto! Grazie, residence Ciastel e grazie Mirka. Most likely one of the best places I've been. The residence is carefully maintained in all respects. The welcome and professionalism of Mrs. Mirka immediately makes you feel at ease. The apartment was perfect from all points of view: the cleanliness was meticulous, the decor is quality and the rooms are very well organized. The location is optimal to reach both the center and the nearby swimming pool. Also included in the price are the high quality mountain bikes and also the electric bikes. The wellness center is very large and welcoming, in the days we were there it was practically all for us. Finally, the strudel offered by Mirka is actually the best of those that have eaten around (and we really tasted them in almost all the pastry shops and bars in the surroundings). In short, everything perfect! Thank you, Ciastel residence and thanks Mirka.

Wonderful experience ... welcome, courtesy and a lot of professionalism of the owner ... to feel at home, but pampered and spoiled ... ultra comfortable location, hydro, turkish bath, sauna covered parking and much more ... well-kept apartments and complete with every comfort ... I can't wait to return !!!
