T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr schön zwischen 2 Stränden gelegen. Fußläufig da. eine 1/2 Stunde nach Portoferreio entfernt.Das Häuschen war minimalistisch ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem.. Negativ: Weingläser fehlten.
S	Sabrina Falomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nel mese di luglio, occupando l'appartamento H, a mio avviso quello con la migliore posizione, che consente di mangiare con la vista sulla spiaggia. Spiaggia a venti gradini di distanza, con un'acqua limpidissima, da sogno al mattino presto. Il residence ha anche un parcheggio privato. Il proprietario discreto ma disponibile, ci ha consentito di sistemarla macchina anche l'ultimo giorno dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento, in modo di poter trascorrere un'altra giornata al mare. Ottima esperienza! Da consigliare. I stayed with my family in July, occupying the apartment H, in my opinion the one with the best location, allowing you to eat with a view of the beach. Beach with twenty steps away, with crystal clear water, dreamy in the early morning. The residence also has a private parking. The discreet but helpful owner, has enabled us to fix the machine even on the last day after leaving the apartment, so we can spend another day at sea. Great experience! To recommend.

Unser Urlaub auf Elba fing leider gleich mit einer Reifenpanne an und Fillippo Pacini kam mit seiner Vespa zu uns am Sonnabend Abend nach Porto Ferraio und hat uns ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Er hat auch die Reparatur des Reifens organisiert. Das ist alles nicht selbstverstaendlich. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal fuer alles. Ausserdem ist er eine ausgezeichneter und ueberaus freundlicher Gastgeber. We were here for the third time and we enjoyed it again. Our vacation on Elba began with a flat tire and Fillippo Pacini came to us with his Vespa on Saturday evening in Porto Ferraio and made us feel safe. He also organized the repair of the tire. None of this is taken for granted. Thank you again for everything. He is also an excellent and extremely friendly host.

Gli appartamenti datati ma accettabili, uniche pecche: la strada per arrivarvi, per nulla curata e piena di buche, poco campo e wi-fi quasi inesistente. Gorgeous view, the girl at the reception very helpful. The dated but acceptable apartments, the only flaws: the road to get there, not well cared for and full of holes, little field and almost non-existent wi-fi.

I was expecting at least to have some salt, pepper and some dish washing liquid but there was nothing so be ready to go an buy it all even if you are staying only for four days. There should be a bare minimum.

If you are late 5 mins to check in he will send you a message when you are going to arrive. But if you do not check out before 10.00 he will come at 10.02 and will stand in front of your apartment, few seconds later he leaves..
