★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich war schon zum Zweiten Mal dort und ich muss wirklich sagen, dass es eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser am ganzen Gardasee ist. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und auch sonst ist diese Residence etwas ganz besonderes. Allerdings muss man sich erstmal an den Kirchturm gewöhnen, der alle 30 min leutet. Alles perfekt auch für den Urlaub mit kleineren Kindern.
So I've been there for the second time and I have to say that it's one of the nicest holiday homes on Lake Garda. The pool area is very well maintained and otherwise this residence is something very special. However, one must first get used to the church tower, which runs every 30 minutes. Everything perfect even for the holidays with smaller children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu laut! Laubbläser, Rasenmäher gingen ab 6:30 Uhr täglich , baden im Pool nur von 9-12 Uhr und 15-19 Uhr gestattet, für Kinder ungeeignet, zu weit bis zum Strand ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Traum Internetseite, was in Realität nicht zutrifft. Endreinigung ist nicht inklusive 150 Euro extra.
Too loud! Leaf blowers, lawn mowers went daily from 6:30 a.m., swimming in the pool is only permitted from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., unsuitable for children, about a 25-minute walk to the beach. Price-performance ratio does not fit. Dream website, which is not true in reality. Final cleaning is not including 150 euros extra.
