La gestione è ottima, i proprietari sono sempre molto ospitali, disponibili e accoglienti.
La Struttura è dotata di tutti i confort utili per una perfetta vacanza.
Il tutto è molto curato e l’attenzione ai particolari è sempre al massimo.
Tutto questo fa della “residenza al porto” una struttura eccezionale.

The management is excellent, the owners are always very hospitable, helpful and welcoming.
The structure is equipped with all the comforts needed for a perfect holiday.
Everything is very accurate and attention to detail is always at its best.
All this makes the “residence at the port” an exceptional structure.

Very kind and helpful managers. Beautiful structure, facing the sea and a three-minute walk from the center. Convenient and secure internal parking space. Beautiful pool always available. Absolutely to be recommended.

It is like always returning home thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, the beautiful structure where nothing is missing and the attention of an impeccable and very kind management. Well-being and harmony are found. We will definitely be back next July!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto, appartamento (monolocale terzo piano) bellissimo ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Al piano -1 presente palestra area giochi bimbi calcetto e ping-pong. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre pronti a dare una mano.
Vicinissimo al mare e chi non ha voglia di mare presente in struttura la piscina.
Everything perfect, beautiful apartment (third floor studio) well organized and very clean. On the -1 floor there is a gym, a children's play area, five-a-side football and table tennis. Very kind owners and always ready to lend a hand.
Very close to the sea and those who do not want the sea present the swimming pool in the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata tante volte in vacanza a Spotorno ma la Residenza al Porto è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Belle camere, moderne, confortevoli. Staff disponibile e ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia. Davvero consigliato!
I have been many times on holiday in Spotorno but the Residenza al Porto was a really nice discovery. Nice, modern, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff and excellent location to reach the beach. Really recommended!
