E il certificato di demolizione è arrivato dopo solo una settimana. Consigliatissimi
 All the people I spoke to, from the guys in the office to the tow truck driver, were always courteous, punctual and ready to quickly provide information and updates on the scrapping process. And the demolition certificate came after only a week. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notre voiture est tombé en panne à milano, on été dégoûté car on devait allez a venise est faire le tours de la moitié des villes italiennes.
En plus c'était un week-end est il resté 5 minuit pour la fermeture, donc il a fait sont possible avec nous ,il a faite sont nécessaire, il nous a sauvés , je vous remercie infiniment.
Grâce à lui on a continué notre route est notre séjour en Italie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo comprare un cerchio, alla richiesta delle dimensioni di quest'ultimo mi hanno chiesto solamente quelle del pneumatico che sarebbe stato montato sopra, non del cerchio in sé (nonostante abbia tentato di esplicitare anch'esse). Com'era prevedibile, mi è stato consegnato un cerchio sbagliato, 6jx15 ET49 invece di ET39 (e di conseguenza sarebbe sbordato maggiormente dalla sagoma del veicolo), come sarebbe servito a me. Quando ho fatto notare il dettaglio, mi è stato detto di andarmene con seguente motivazione: "mi stai solo facendo perdere tempo". Grazie per la cortesia e il tempo sprecato
Aggiungo inoltre che ho tentato di fornire due volte le misure del cerchio, sia alla richiesta iniziale, che quando il ragazzo si è recato alla mia auto per vedere i cerchi che montavo al momento, evidentemente senza venire ascoltato.
I had to buy a rim, when asked for the dimensions of the latter, they asked me only for the tire that would be mounted on it, not for the rim itself (although I tried to explain them too). Predictably, I was given a wrong rim, 6jx15 ET49 instead of ET39 (and consequently it would be more overflowing from the silhouette of the vehicle), as it would have served me. I also add that I tried to provide the rim measurements twice, both at the initial request, and when the boy went to my car to see the rims I was mounting at the moment, obviously without being listened to.

La seconda volta che mi rivolgo a questa ditta dopo la prima esperienza molto positiva risolta in brevissimo tempo .anche adesso in 24 h abbiamo risolto mio problema mica da ridere compreso montaggio di pezzo di cambio.sono poche ditte e persone così disponibili e professionali di venirti incontro e risolvere il tuo problema.consiglierei a chiunque rivolgersi a loro .troveranno lo staff davvero pronto preparato molto ma molto professionale e disponibile con grande gentilezza.
