★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza, gestore gentilissimo e professionale, attento alle esigenze dei clienti, stento a credere anzi escludo categoricamente che si possa definire con tratti negativi una persona cosi solare e dedita la servizio del cliente, purtroppo la recensione google e uno strumento che da voce a chiunque, anche a chi lo usa per il proprio tornaconto, ma è evidente, quello che si evince dalla maggioranza delle recensioni, i giudizi negativi sono personali e di parte, e per questo opinabili e contrastanti con la realtà, e non intaccano la figura che si vorrebbe gratuitamente denigrare, anzi amplificano la correttezza e l'educazione del gestore.
Excellent experience, very kind and professional manager, attentive to customer needs, I find it hard to believe indeed I categorically exclude that one can define with negative traits a person so solar and dedicated to customer service, unfortunately the google review is a tool that gives a voice to anyone , even to those who use it for their own gain, but what is evident from the majority of the reviews is evident, the negative judgments are personal and biased, and therefore questionable and contrasting with reality, and do not affect the figure that is he would like to denigrate for free, indeed they amplify the fairness and education of the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestore supergentile, ha sistemato in un minuto un problema di riempimento del serbatoio che ho avuto per anni e che nessuno mi aveva mai risolto. E la fattura elettronica è arrivata in poche ore! Quando passo da Dormelletto mi fermo sempre da lui. Superconsigliato davvero!
Super nice manager, he fixed in a minute a tank filling problem that I have had for years and that no one had ever solved for me. And the electronic invoice arrived in a few hours! When I pass by Dormelletto I always stop by him. Really super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì 5 luglio mi fermo con lo scooter per fare 5 euro ( non ci sta granché). Vedendo il bancomat il gestore subito commenta "per 5 euro non ci pago nemmeno le commissioni, organizzati con i contanti" in un paese che incentiva pagamenti elettronici mi sento dire una cosa simile...assurdo! comunque si organizzi con la sua banca cambi plafond così paga meno commissioni. Benvenuti nel 2021
Monday 5 July I stop with the scooter to make 5 euros (there is not much). Seeing the ATM, the manager immediately comments "for 5 euros I don't even pay commissions, organized with cash" in a country that encourages electronic payments, I hear something similar ... absurd! however you organize yourself with your bank, you can change the ceiling so you pay less commissions.
