Ho provato a contattarli in tutti i modi possibili, senza ricevere un riscontro ne per i messaggi lasciati sui vari siti ne per le chiamate in agenzia dove puntualmente venivo messa in attesa , ne sul loro contatto whatsapp. Oggi decido di chiamare nuovamente e finalmente mi hanno preso la linea ma dicono che quell’appartamento ha già una proposta. Capisco e spiego con calma che sono almeno 5 giorni che provo a contattarli per questo appartamento ma che va bene così e appena finisco di dire questo dall’altra parte una signora con aria di superiorità, maleducata e arrogante mi dice testuali parole “che non crede proprio che io abbia provato a contattarli più volte “ e finisce col dirmi nuovamente “ che lei non crede proprio “ dandomi fra le righe della bugiarda, con un tono che mi mette disagio e quindi decido di salutarla educatamente e chiudere la chiamata. Mai successa una cosa simile! Come se io avessi interesse a mentire sui giorni che sto provando a chiamare questa agenzia. Beh a questo punto preferisco non interessarmi più a visionare quell’immobile se chi ci lavora non sa dialogare in modo educato con i loro clienti. MAI PIÙ QUESTA AGENZIA , ne la consiglierò a nessuno, anzi.
If I could give 0 stars, I would give them. I tried to contact them in all possible ways, without receiving feedback either for the messages left on the various sites or for the calls to the agency where I was promptly put on hold, or on their whatsapp contact. Today I decide to call again and they finally got the line but they say that the apartment already has a proposal. I understand and calmly explain that I have been trying to contact them for at least 5 days for this apartment but that is okay and as soon as I finish saying this on the other side a lady with an air of superiority, rude and arrogant tells me the exact words "that does not believe just that I have tried to contact them several times "and ends up telling me again" that she really does not believe "giving me between the lines of the liar, with a tone that makes me uncomfortable and therefore I decide to greet her politely and close the call. Such a thing has never happened! As if I have an interest in lying about the days I'm trying to call this agency. Well at this point I prefer not to be interested in viewing that property anymore if those who work there do not know how to speak politely with their customers. NEVER AGAIN THIS AGENCY, I will recommend it to anyone, indeed.
